I agree with rosso somewhat, The archaic tv add campaign has been a colossal waste of money. I would like to see Afrezza ambassadors, diabetics who’’s lives and health have improved by using Afrezza. They could make appearances and start the grass roots demand by patients. There is the college diabetes network, athletic events of every kind, ski resorts etc.

Actually even though there could be many better opportunities, the TV campaign has been very successful in all the reps areas that it shows there is much more interest. They know this. And might concentrate on the major cities that Afrezza is popular in the future.

Sports I have heard before that the commercials have been effective. The overall sales are not good, the slow uptake should not be acceptable to us Shareholders. Afrezza is a unique solution for PWD mealtime insulin. It is time for some inovative promotion. I am afraid Mike is using the same protocol he used at Amgen to launch drugs, we obviously don’t have the deep pockets of Amgen. He continues to dig a Deeper hole for us longtime shareholders.

Why not radio? Much cheaper and larger audience for the dollar. For example IHeartRadio. That could stretch their limited cash a lot further. And who needs to see sandwiches flying into a basket since the inhaler was at a premium in those stupid commercials. I think those who gave it the top premium were those who wanted Mannkind to fail. Looks like they got what they wanted...

On TV you can distract the viewer from the FDA required warnings with scenes of happy people doing interesting things. On radio you can't do that and therefore the listener would give full attention to the fact that Wonderdrug could do him or her great harm.

Good point but... is the cost differential worth it when the FDA warnings are so nonquensequential to most people who don't smoke or dont have asthma? Also those warnings can be voiced in a super fast pace like most other radio commercials with 200 words per second that I for one cannot understand at all...
