What processes do they have for increased insurance coverage in the USA?
How much has/ is the number of providers growing, in what tiers.... how much is it costing these people out of pocket?

1) When will Executives purchase open market shares to enhance WS and Shareholders confidence.
2) Is there a timeline, strategy, or goal set for Pediatrics approval. If so, can you please explain this plan in detail.
3) When does MNKD forsee the official filing of the NDA for TrepT, and what needs to take place before this can be filed.
4) When does MNKD expect to begin R&D on the mystery molecule for United.
5) Are other Pharma Companies showing interest in collaborating with MNKD for new Inhaled molecules.

Please write short sentences The timing seemed terrible - why the urgency? Please explain how this particular deal was in the best interest of shareholders & MNKD? How do you see the warrants affecting the share price going forward? What will be done to improve & ensure disclosure & transparency going forward? What is planned in 2019 to help get ‘The Street’ on board, via guidance & otherwise? Is something already in place to avoid a hostile takeover? If so, what? If not, when & what will be done? Why aren’t more people w/MNKD, especially, the executive team, buying shares, especially at these prices? Are any shares left on the shelf? If yes, how many? Will MNKD need more shares for the shelf? If yes, how many & what are the plans to get them? |

I’ll take a swing at it.
Market volatility/uncertainty, and WS not liking mnkd living paycheck to paycheck.
so until Mannkind can start running our Company on profits and funds from TS partnerships, rather than funding the Company’s existence with Shareholders hard earned money, WS will continue to undervalue our Company, and continue to ignore positive achievements like the deal with United. A deal that normally would’ve resulted in sustained gains.
We need TrepT progress, and when approved, if Inhaled TrepT is superior to other options, things should start to change, in a big way, for Mannkind.
Technosphere needs validation, then we are golden.

My only comment to this, is when creating questions pretend as if you ONLY had 1 question to ask. I think this forces us to think as concisely as possible and helps eliminate questions that are not as important (although I'm sure every question is important). Because realistically, maybe out of the 50 questions submitted here, let's assume only the top 3 might get through. Just give it the little extra thought!
