@sla - thanks! Just saw it on stocktwits..
OK.. But, some of them have so few shares. They should be paid more in stocks than in money (IMHO).

Even Dr. Kendal bought 5,000. Token buy? Material event concluded, eventual news to follow? Rxs have sky rocketed to the moon? Kendall has been here for almost a year, his first (somewhat)major purchase. My crystal ball is pulsating.

Quite a few posters were bashing and begging execs to buy stock. Guess this means all the complaining will now cease and the stock will jump...LOL...sure...will be more than glad to see if this has any significant residual effect a week from now

How come the ESPP says the shares will be bought at the prevailing market price at the time of purchase, the date of record is Jan 31, and the price paid was $1.07? The range today was 1.2400 - 1.2900.

I think I can answer my own question on why they only paid $1.07 per share having just read the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
The stock is sold at "eighty-five percent (85%) of the Fair Market Value of the shares of Common Stock", not at the market price. You would have to be stupid not to buy the maximum possible because you can immediately sell for an instant 15% profit. Worst case you hold it and there is a 15% profit margin built in from day one. That is a risk free $944 gift for each participant.

I don't know for sure about this transaction but there's almost always a lengthy vesting period that does not allow the discounted stock to be purchased then immediately sold.

So get stock at $1.07 and immediately sell it for $1.26 ... I seriously doubt that these high ended employees want to do day trading. Especially, when we are at the bottom of a long climb upwards. But, they might want to think about selling at $199 ... because georgethenite plans to sell at $200.

When you have mothers saying that their kids would rather die than go back on the pump. You have got a Mfing winner. $200 a share, not a penny less.
