Now I am confused. Adcirca is for PAH and is a once a day medication. I can understand why speed of action would be important for Cialis. Are they really the same drug? Wouldn't taking it for PAH have an unpleasant (or possibly pleasant) side effect for male patients? Adcirca is described on their website as allowing patients to be able to exercise.

Planks are a type of exercise, right?

Big risks of drinking too much and Cialis. If Cialis got into the system and out fast, the risk when drinking excessively/cialis interactions could be diminished greatly.

Oh my what a stiff one you might get according to the warnings: In rare cases, men taking PDE-5is (including tadalafil) for erectile dysfunction reported side effects such as an erection lasting more than four hours. If you experience a prolonged erection, seek medical attention right away

Also migraine you need to hit it quick and then it won’t get worse. Epi needs to be quick. What others?

ATHX has a drug that has to be admitted quickly right after someone has a stroke. You have to wait to get to the hospital for the IV but couldn’t be used before you get there?
Well maybe not since the person is having a stroke but my ex-boyfriend had a small stroke, drove himself to the hospital and when he got there he’d lost the vision in one eye.

Well maybe not since the person is having a stroke but my ex-boyfriend had a small stroke, drove himself to the hospital and when he got there he’d lost the vision in one eye. And unfortunately EMS response time and distance traveled has huge variability I am not sure I would be able to follow directions and inhale through a dreamboat during a stroke. My brain wouldn't understand the instructions. A blank stare, if there was any response.

My brain wouldn't understand the instructions. A blank stare, if there was any response. Agree. Would depend upon the prodromal symptoms, for which thankfully I’m directly unaware. Perhaps with high risk and patients with prior history it can be utilized. But the basic thought of immediate need to alleviate a life threatening circumstance makes this a topic of interest.
