Another sub-forum should be established and perhaps quickly: MNKD Group Therapy Could end up being the most popular and most important sub-forum we have. Lol, as you can see I posted this to try to cheer everybody up😂

The fine print must define what happens if approval is denied. For all we know the deal is now off. Approval is never 100% guaranteed. This is my entire post. It is kind of negative. But the lack of clarity from mnkd gives me a bad feeling. I hope the ASM sheds some light on the status of India, etc. Listen to the last two webcasts. I have, several times. India and Cipla EXPEDITED approval is a "long shot" per MC but at least we'll get some clarity on the path going forward. An analyst asks the question. I can't remember which but it's all there if you listen to the webcasts.

Hopefully posters will stop attacking those who post info that is accurate but not super positive. And hopefully we do get some clarity on the India situation very soon. Cipla is responsible for approval expenses, that seems obvious from the language of the deal (and that’s a really good thing). What isn’t as obvious is what their intentions are in this regard. MNKD should have negotiated some sort of timeline for this eventuality... i.e. Cipla is on the hook to pay for trials and start the trial before X date or rights to Afrezza revert so that MNKD would be free to seek another partner. Of course "should have" is tempered by need to be in a negotiating position to get it. Will be interesting if MNKD states a timeline.

If they gave us timelines for an India approval path, how confident do we think the market would be that they would even be close to adhered to?

Mike has said previously he did not expect large royalties to be flowing from India but it would help to defray manufacturing costs. I assume irrespective of timeline or partner. Nothing to see here. These aren't the droids we're looking for.

Hope they send a lot to India and eliminate our manufacturing costs. Then our US sales goes straight to the bottom line.
