The top 5% of Brazilians make as much as the bottom 95% combined. The six richest men in Brazil make the equivalent of the bottom 50% combined. Well this should make sales very simple. Hire a couple doctor/endo to be specialty reps and have them individually call on each and every diabetic with a high enough income. Forget calling on doctors. GLTAL's!!!!

It is imperative that the company and its partners utilize any advantage available in order to succeed - how else would we compete? The product at this point MUST CONTINUE TO OUTPRICE any competitor by as many multiples as possible - until pediatric is determined we are not equipped on practically every front to go after 1pct - this initial thought approach was flawed, except in its ability to elicit retail interest - those who can pay very much may - in which case - game on... Price the advantage accordingly and let capitalism works its magic I disagree. Because insurance does not cover Afrezza well, we cannot sell at a lower competitive price. Selling at a low price would require we sell a large quantity to profit which is too hard to do at this point with poor insurance coverage. Also, remember Afrezza costs much more than other insulins to manufacture.

211 million that unfortunately on the average make less than $10K per year As the late Ross Perot said 'You can't make money from countries that don't have money' - We'll see if this deal helps us. I'd rather see us ink a deal with Saudi Arabia.

Okay, peppy said that we have 21,000 new subscribers in Brazil. Do not give Afrezza to those Brazlian dancers or it will eliminate the sugar rush and slow them down.
But, that's mytakeonit
