And if Matt is talking on the phone, does that mean no HSR? Or, if page 41 above is correct, and details come later, HSR doesn't matter - they won't share anything anyway? Geez can get really wrapped around the axle on this. I don't recall that a blackout requirement is mandatory in HSR rules. |

Hi all.. Been watching here for a while, but not posted anything. I was wondering if anyone can answer this questionbecause I am not familiar with the "early termination notice" for the FTC review.
Is it fairly common to have an early termination of the review with a straight forward agreement? or does it tend to go the full 30 days regardless of complexity?
So in essence, is a full 30 day review indicative of a more complex contract/agreement, particularly since there is no merger or acquisition going on here, or is there really no correlation between the two?
I'd appreciate any info. Tried posting this 3 times on YMB, but it would not bump the post and then would not record my topic.
