was pretty packed house at the factory. made last years meeting look tiny. there is another building across the street is for research. building 8.
al mann was there, i got to take a picture and shake his hand, he is my hero! he mention the current factory has capacity to handle 2M patients. i got the factory tour, saw the lines through windows. current run rate for line 1-3 are 400 cart per minute, but they wouldn't confirm how much downtime. they also didn't answer my question on how long it take to bring up additional lines. but if Al's numbers are correct, the new lines have to be significantly faster than the old lines 1-3. 66% faster to be exact, or 664 cart per minute...
questions were asked about if they can address the FUD and short interest, they said they've observed other companies who are in same situation and they don't do much good. they rather focus on hitting milestone and showing people that the product is great!
When asked why sanofi isn't doing well with afrezza, they asked the shareholders to email sanofi, but make sure you don't tell them you are a mnkd shareholder or else they would forward the email to Matt. LOL
someone also asked if they can file with the SEC a complaint about the manipulation, they deflected saying it is hard to prove. and if they did file, they cannot disclose it.
a person at the end made a nice speech about him and his kid using afrezza and how he got lots of his clients to invest. his doctor was blown away with his results. seems to a repeat pattern of how doctors react to results.
overall happy with what i saw. surprised no one asked if there are any offers on the table. lol

Sounds like its time for results with added lines, user reviews & studies, DTC, approvals elsewhere, TS deals..... The proof will be in the pudding! Put your seat belts on for the upcoming turbulence (FUD). Long live Afrezza!

Did anyone ask about why they are taking so long to identify and move forward with at least one new Technosphere candidate?

LOL eddie, just to make sure I understand, when they said shareholders should e-mail Sanofi, they were clearly joking, right? That's my read from your "LOL" but I just want to make sure.
Thanks.

they've said this many times, their part is manufacturing. it is sanofi's responsibility to do the rest.

Did anyone ask about why they are taking so long to identify and move forward with at least one new Technosphere candidate? they have 4 products identified already, one in the pipeline, second one ready for end of the year. this was in the BOA presentation.

Maybe he means releasing a name? they can't release what it is so they can get a leg up on the competition. again it is explained in the BOA presentation. they also want time to wrap some protection around what they are doing.

I'm wondering whether it was obvious to you that the speaker (whoever it was) was joking when he/she said that shareholders should e-mail Sanofi with questions or concerns over their performance as the marketing partner up to this point.
Thanks.

It was haken, ceo that made the comment and don't think he was kidding... that was after he let known that he get lots of emails from shareholders with questions, but as for sanofi related questions, he was serious about emailing sanofi...
