Someone needs to make a table of all the info, and make it sticky on top. Will be difficult to dig through the results after a few more pages. For the skeptical crowd, they need to see a link to pdf, and pictures,... We should make a table in addition to the links/pictures/etc..

lakers, I don't recall if you were on this board when I last made this comment, but I'm going to make it again for everyone's benefit. Whenever possible - if you could just post a link, and not post an attachment. We have a limit on how many attachments we can store, and when we get close to that limit, I have to start removing old attachments. Yes, there are times when an attachment is really necessary, but let's try and reserve that for really important stuff. Thanks!

With everyone checking formulary coverages for various payers, I would please encourage people to try to find out what the current status is here at end of 2015 in addition to 2016... either from an old fomulary on the company's website or by looking up on formularylookup.com or other site.
I'm a bit discouraged because seemingly 2016 initial formularies aren't showing improvement... and I'd oh so much like to learn this is not the case.

I am a Canadian investor so I am like Jon Snow when it comes to your formularies (i.e. I know nothing).
Tell me, are so many being posted here now because they are suddenly all being released in advance of some deadline? If so, when is / was this deadline?

Tell me, are so many being posted here now because they are suddenly all being released in advance of some deadline? If so, when is / was this deadline? Yes in our "efficient" "health care" marketplace, there are 10,000+ insurance plans and options here in the US, which collectively consume about 25% of the health care budget. Currently, plans are being revised for what's covered, and, likewise, consumers have an "open enrollment" period where they can select slightly better plans if they are lucky. So, yes, the deadline is somewhere in Dec - early Jan (or maybe sooner, or a little later). When I was a child, my father was a union member and EVERYTHING was covered. That still happens but is rare here these days (unless you are a member of the US Congress which gets you life-long full coverage while you decide on the fate of the rest of the country).

Deadline for switching to a new Medicare Advantage or Part D (prescription) program is December 7. Most regular insurers have updated formularies for January 1 of each year.
