I also did not hear $1B payment; I think kevinmik is dreaming again. The rest of his post is fairly accurate. Aw, cut him some slack. A $1B payment prediction is nothing. I follow another 'penny' stock (ONCYF) (mainly because I live near its base of operations) and just yesterday its CEO predicted $50 billion in annual revenue any day now / in the not too distant future.

I didn't make the meeting and am wondering about the general mood and tone of things. I get the sense that the overall tone was optimistic? Was Matt looking healthy and exuding confidence? Were there any tough, challenging questions put to him from shareholders, or was it a friendly reception for him? Sorry if I've missed these types of details, but I think I'm caught up on all the threads.

patten1962, What I'm afraid of, is that docs do not side Afrezza because it'll reduce future complications, which is the thing docs want us (the diabetes patients) to have in the future. If we all well and healthy, no problems with our heart kidneys and liver, we won't go to see the docs and take meds n surgeries. Sad facts! I have to disagree strongly. There is no shortage of patients, for any variety of ailments. Wait times to get an appointment or a new physician are long. And patients are what they are - they often do what they want in spite of our best efforts or their best interest. I think, if anything, docs want treatments that simplify patient compliance and the docs workload. Not to mention an aging population. And we haven't cured aging yet.
