I really hope those with 6 figures down are going to the meeting to face the man (Matt and some BOD). If you have not voted your shares, do not forget to vote them, there is still plenty of time. Here is the information from the proxy statement:
How do I vote? The procedures for voting are fairly simple: Stockholder of Record: Shares Registered in Your Name If you are a stockholder of record, you may vote in person at the Annual Meeting, vote by proxy over the telephone, vote by proxy through the internet or vote by proxy using a proxy card that you may request or that we may elect to deliver at a later time. Whether or not you plan to attend the Annual Meeting, we urge you to vote by proxy to ensure your vote is counted. You may still attend the Annual Meeting and vote in person if you have already voted by proxy. • To vote in person, come to the Annual Meeting and we will give you a ballot when you arrive. For directions to the meeting, please visit the following web address: www.google.com/maps/place/40+Taylor+St,+Danbury,+CT+06810. • To vote using the proxy card, simply complete, sign and date the proxy card that may be delivered and return it promptly in the envelope provided. Your signed proxy card must be received by 5:00 PM U.S. Eastern time on May 17, 2017 to be counted. • To vote over the telephone, dial toll-free (866) 437-3716 using a touch-tone phone and follow the recorded instructions. You will be asked to provide the control number from the Notice. Your vote must be received by 5:00 PM U.S. Eastern time on May 17, 2017 to be counted. • To vote through the internet, go to www.proxypush.com/mnkd to complete an electronic proxy card. You will be asked to provide the control number from the Notice. Your vote must be received by 5:00 PM U.S. Eastern time on May 17, 2017 to be counted.

I hate to say it but this blew through my $0.15 pre-split prediction. My new estimate is $.09 split adjusted. I hope I'm wrong.

These shady guys seem like they might be having ER on the 10th to get out of ASM. Something's fishy!

who cares what your estimate is? I could turn that around and say, who cares that you don't care about my prediction? I really don't care if anyone cares. I made a prediction and it has become a fact. Now I predict $.09 pre-split share price. Quite frankly, as I stated, I hope I'm wrong. We shall see.

Is anybody buying at this point? I've bought many times when I thought "it can't possibly get lower than this." I've started to fill out the order a couple times in the past week, but I haven't been able to do it.

I last bought at $1.30 thinking...how could it go any lower without some one with $$$ wanting to swoop in and scoop up a lot of shares...? Now only a week later I'm down about 50% on those shares.
This is like a bad dream you hope to wake up from. No more for me!!!

Anyone else unhappy with these number? I'm not worry anymore . why ? because I already lost 96k , so 2k more , there is no difference Oh I am very happy with this number. Seriously. Simply because I know something you don't. I know that in a couple of more weeks we'll be at 0.40 so 0.70 makes me happy for today... And than I'll be happy at that number for the exact same reason but adjusted down a bit...

Is anybody buying at this point? I've bought many times when I thought "it can't possibly get lower than this." I've started to fill out the order a couple times in the past week, but I haven't been able to do it. I recently bought another $5k at ~.72 to average down to 1.2 in my personal account. My sons college fund has an average of $2.42, and I might sell some gains in other places for him to buy some more if we dip again. But I think I'm in a place where I can be ecstatic with a stock pop (wishful thinking...I know). And in the event of a slow rise on steady good news (wishful thinking...I know), there is plenty of time to buy more
