Long time lurker. Been long MNKD for 3 years now. Sorry if this was already addressed but I could not find my particular question in other threads. My questions is: With the recent selling of shares by the CMO RAYMOND W. URBANSKI, does this mean they are not truly in a blackout period?
I hear Mike C reference a few times that they are in a black out period and can't buy or sell.
Yes, I know this sale was insignificant and I am not concerned about it. I just want to know if Mike C is blowing smoke up our behinds about the blackout period....
