Wait until kids get their hands on Afrezza and OneDrop. They will get titration figured out a lot sooner than adults IMO.

For new patients on Afrezza, they would most likely get 1 NRX and 1 RRX. Then they need to go back to see their doctor for FEV check as required. Even for patients on Afrezza for a while, they may still go back to their doctors every 6 months or so, which also implies 1 NRX/1RRX. In general, I'd like to see RRX trailing growing NRX about 2 to 3 months. This indicates new patients on Afrezza and retention rate is good as well.

Long time holder... First time poster..
I'm also a little concerned about this recent uptick in revenue. It seems less reflective of growth to me and more reflective of more units being sold per RRX as they the user comes due for a refill.
Yes its more revenue, but is it really growth do to increased adoption??
Am I wrong here?

TRX 486 (vs 449 last week) NRX 270 (253) Refills 216 (193) TRX$ 572k$ (503k$)
$572,000 / $1.27 per unit = 450,393 units/week. 450,393 units / 486 scripts = 927 units/script makes sense looking at boxed configurations.

Is vdex saying they have a 95% rentention rate Yes they are. And I know for a fact that they do. vdex knows exactly what they are doing. Teaching people how to LIVE with diabetes.
dosing: www.seventhform.com/vdexdownloads/vdex-whitepaper-072817.pdf page 22. Comments Afrezzaβs speed of action is both a blessing and a curse. Clearly, it is a large factor in the safety of the product, but for longer meals, you may need more Afrezza to keep the post prandial levels in check. We recommend follow-on doses. For example, we advise with a standard meal to dose Afrezza 15-20 minutes after the start of the meal, and then another dose of the same size about 45 minutes later. With very long meals, we have even advised patients to administer two follow-on doses, for very tight control.
