I was surprised to receive a call from Frank this morning. I had called when we received the yellow post cards months ago but never heard back from them after leaving a message.
Frank explained that they have no contractual to ties to Mannkind but could help me manage my Mannkind holdings. It was a very ackward call. He asked me what my cost basis was but I didn’t tell him. He said he was successful in getting clients out of the stock during the recent run up to the $6 range. Yada, yada, yada....

I don’t know what you would report him for. I did call them about the yellow cards months ago, so he was just returning my call a little (lot) late. But this makes me wonder what they are up to. Are they supporting shorts, trying to gather shares??? Or are they just try to get accounts to manage? He suggested that I transfer all my stock holdings to them for management help.

All of the above, and yeah that’s what they said to almost everyone.

Probably trying to get shares under their management prior to the vote, so they can vote no.
The timing of this call is suspect.

Oh, good Sports, and I'll let the security people in Temecula know that they need to post a couple of guys outside your place for the next week or so!

I laughed when I read your comment Baba. You are correct with the female reference, but how does your comment refeclect on all the male shareholders (you included). 😜 Actually, I am happy to be a shareholder in MNKD. But in hindsight, I wish I had a brilliant male consultant who could have told me that the stock was going to go as low as $0.666 after a 5:1 reverse split. (Funny how the SP500 also bottomed at 666 back in 2009.) If we only only had a crystal ball! I’ve learned a lot by owning this stock the last few years, and it has been financially painful, but I truly believe that MNKD will be successful and I will very happy with the value of my holdings in the years ahead. This will be a ten year holding for me.

Hey baba, I don't think you need to be concerned for Sport's safety. It's the weekend and she will likely have bouncers nearby to come to her rescue. That's if she chooses not to beat the snot out of any troublemakers herself, which could happen if there's tequila involved.

I wonder how many people contacted them in the first place...
The fact they got hold of MannKind’s investor list sent my spidey sense tingling. (Scam/Fraud)
My opinion hasn’t changed.

Well I guess that shows they aren't acting on behalf of Mannkind. Activist investor or simply opportunist taking advantage of shareholders... smells more the latter.

That whenever you hit triple sixes in a rout, it is time to buy like a Devil !!!! 😈 (bet Sports knows this, and has been holding out on us)
