Good sign, but the pop sold off as quickly as it rose. The market clearly doesn't buy millionaires throwing 10-100k at the problem without substantive news.

You dont get to be a millionaire by throwing money at a problem but you do by investing in a solution. Bet they already know what they are investing in!

Is it possible Mr. Tross' purchase was made to be compliant with company policy regarding executive ownership of MNKD? In the late 90s, when I joined a major pharmaceutical company as a non-officer executive, I was required, over a period of time, to acquire a prescribed level of equity. The ownership included stock grants, options, and 401K holdings.
