Dear KCphaeton, Greetings from the Seeking Alpha moderation team. It turns out users often disagree regarding the investment ideas presented on the site. It has also become clear that these disagreements can spark grand debates that help readers make informed decisions. This only works however, when users keep the conversation centered on the investment thesis and do not resort to personal attacks or blanket dismissals of other users’ ideas. The comment copied below looks to contain such a personal attack and/or blanket dismissal and so, regrettably, we’re compelled to remove it. Please understand that we do strive to err on the side of facilitating free and open debate. This means that we are never happy about having to remove a comment. That said, in order to ensure that Seeking Alpha continues to be the go-to destination for serious investment discussion, comments must adhere to our guidelines, which can be found here: seekingalpha.com/page/comment_guidelines?source=moddeletion Respectfully, Seeking Alpha Moderation Team

Heh. I noticed another one of your comments which they DID let through:
"My take is that LFG is a paid schill for somebody. He seems to like to churn the trash on MNKD, and for a guy not invested he seems very short. I guess one can call that the Short man syndrome. perhaps he is only 4' 10" tall."
I guess it's OK to say someone's a paid shill (no 'c' there BTW), but not OK to call his stuff trash? Oh well!

BD when I saw that I had moderated off it was the comment that you just mentioned. I really was hoping it had not been removed. I have saved it in the event that the remove that one too. It was a much better and more concise comment.

www.forbes.com/sites/samanthasharf/2014/12/10/trading-biotechs-from-his-bedroom-nate-pile-beats-the-street/Best Idea: Pile likes biopharmaceutical MannKind of Valencia, Calif., trading $3 below the level at which he first recommended it. In June the company finally received FDA approval for an inhaled diabetes treatment called Afrezza, but the stock is still down 60% from its 2004 IPO. Pile says many investors lost hope after Pfizer PFE -0.06% pulled a similar drug from pharmacies because of weak sales. Yet he points to two crucial differences: Pfizer’s product was the size of a liter bottle and MannKind’s the size of a lifeguard’s whistle. More important, Afrezza works faster, thus giving patients more control.

Nate Pile has been a fan of MannKind for a long time. Very thoughtful writer.

Sanofi to continue diversification, eyes acquisitions. What could they acquire? FRANKFURT Wed Dec 10, 2014 3:51am EST
Sanofi's new CEO will continue its strategy of diversifying beyond new drug development, possibly through acquisitions, the French drugmaker's interim chief executive said. "We want to have businesses like consumer healthcare, veterinary medicine and vaccines that are less strongly driven by innovation but grow continuously and are more stable," German daily Handelsblatt quoted Serge Weinberg as saying in an interview published on Wednesday. He said if there were opportunities, Sanofi would be "prepared and able" to make acquisitions in those areas, without being more specific. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What could Sanofi acquire? Hmmm have to to think LONG and hard about that! I will get back to you SHORTLY on what that Acquistion might be :-). -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Think about the investment SNY made in REGN or ALNY. Makes me all warm and fuzzy thinking about what the future might bring for shareholders.www.reuters.com/article/2014/12/10/us-sanofi-sa-strategy-idUSKBN0JO0P620141210
