It definitely should be [signed] term sheet as that was what Mike stated. See my original post on this. SA's transcripts usually are just for reference. They often screw up on a few places. Sometimes in the most important places. This is one of those occasions.SA = publisher's of Selectively Appropriate journalism, as in selectively editing an actual user of the product from invalidating erroneous statements....how do you eliminate the truth and facts, simple do not allow them to be published, just pick and choose who you want to respond to so as to steer the conversation in your favor, too obvious for anyone with some gray mass between their ears

Yep, Just listened to it again to be 100% sure and yes he definitely says "signed" If anyone cares to listen to what mike says its at 49:32 on the Q4 2017 Earnings Call. "Additionally, we have a signed term sheet for a large market outside the U.S. and we're in the process of finalizing a second term sheet. One or both of these we hope to announce in the first of this year, but as you know, these things take time. We do expect these deal structures will have a combination of upfront, milestones, royalties and more importantly we need to continue to serve patients around the world"

Nope, Mike had said: "Brazil is on track. We've been having positive interactions with our partner and we expect to be able to launch there as earliest as Q1 2019. Additionally, we have a fine term sheet for a large market outside the U.S. and we're in the process of finalizing a second term sheet. One of both is we hope to announce in the first of this year, but as you know, these things take time. Someone on these boards that listened to the call said that it was a bit garbled, but the fine should have been signed. SA never got the memo I guess Which makes sense. While fine may be grammatically correct, who talks like that? I think the term sheet was embroidered on silk, surely Perhaps they're drafting the final agreement in the same medium, thus causing the delay... or Amphastar is taking the full time to review (wild rumor mongering on my part)

What leads me to think MannKind might have a partner for Treprostinil is the fact they have not filed a trademark for a brand name yet. Maybe that is because the partner will want to use their own brand name.
