Trust me on this.. Matt is very involved in everything the company does.. And Al does take a vacation or two. The lawyers and the Mannkind team have their marching orders so Al does not need to be " in the Office" until there is a real reason. Hopefully the reason will be to sign the paperwork very soon... But realistically as I have mentioned before, (IMHO) six to eight weeks is a very reasonable timeframe even if mostly agreed too. Have been through this process having created and sold two companies and there is always something which slows it down... Never simple...

OK, lynn, now I'm getting worried. About you. I think you need to figure out a way to get your mind off MNKD for a while. Some ideas: read a good book; meditate; find a new hobby. As someone who's been obsessively compulsed with stocks in the past, I deem myself qualified to detect the symptoms. If left unmitigated, they can lead to serious misery.
Al and Matt are big boys, I'm confident that they can take are of themselves. And MannKind. I hope you figure out a way to redirect some of that nervous energy into personally creative pursuits. Good luck!

So I have been getting concerned, here we are after approval and the stock is still going down, and complete silence from Mannkind. So like many others I called the investor line and spoke with Roberta. I just wanted to see when they expect to start production. I asked if it would be by January of next year, and she said very enthusiastically "Oh Yeah, we hope to have this wrapped up and start production in the last quarter of this year." So that tells me that an announcement must be coming soon, as they seem to be planning on getting production started this year. I am confident that this was a good investment, I am just getting impatient, us longs have really taken a beating over the years, but it will have been worth it in the end. It is like we made it to the final poker table with a great hand, and it would be absolutely crazy to walk away now. At this point I am ready to go all in. Good luck to all!
