Something else I have noticed recently... It has to do with what I like to call the "collective voice." In the beginning post FDA approval, most of the anecdotal information about Afrezza and how well it worked, was posted by the early adopters, Sam, Eric, Laura Afrezza Guy, Matty B, and a couple of others whom after a while, with all respect, I started to view as the "Usual Suspects." Next Mike Hoskins from d mine who was originally skeptical about Afrezza came around to where he takes his extended pump breaks and relies on Afrezza for his TIR. Then sometime about a year ago or so we saw the next generation of Afrezza users such as Kevin M, Lilly, John, Brendan Laureen, etc... starting to take to social media, as ironically the Usual Suspects were now posting much less although by all accounts still very positive and active with Afrezza. And now I am hearing from a ariety of what I consider very credible sources, new anedoctal stories about how PCP's and Endos are starting to ask about Afrezza. One CGM rep has said that they are starting to see more endos and docs ask about Afrezza. I just saw a FB post on ST about a person whose endo actually volunteered info on Afrezza and recommend they try it. When they went to get the script their insurance approved it right away. Then there is the parent here on PB's looking for help to prescribe to their child who is under 18. Now admittely this is all anecdotal information but there is a nice progression taking place... in the conversation of the "Collective Voice..." To me it is the Perfect Storm that is brewing when you take all of this in context of CGM penetration growing, conversations about importance of TIR vs Hba1c, ADA review of SOC, and everything else we have discussed here on PB. And remember... nothing else on the market comes close to managing TIR at mealtime... I suspect it will take another 12 to 24 months to start to see enough weekly scripts that begin to challenge Humalog and Novolog but it feels like Mannkind is on the way. The shorts better get ready to put on their "Big Boy Pants" as their party is almost over and the house lights are starting to blink on and off imho... "The answers my friend(s) are blowin in the wind..." Outstanding thoughts, MannMade! So Jungian, too! Who knew!

We need to give a great big "Thank You" to Sports (especially), Harryx1, Joeypots, and many others that are so good at locating terrific testimonials and reposting to spread the wonderful news. I always have a large draft of hopium with my wine on Sunday nights, but Yes I am very optimistic. Unless we lose Sports, I think all is OK!

We are not a thought in big pharma’s future plans. Until we show week by week, month by month serious growth we are an unproven product. Stop thinking about BP. We are a joke to BP. However, it is BP that dumped this drug. RX uptake after STAT and international deals will drive SP in the next 6 mos. Proud to spread the message of Afrezza. Believe in Afrezza, but talking about BP is silly.

I'm as optimistic as anyone but it's still early to be passing around kudos. We've been there in the past thinking a party in Vegas was around the corner. That said, it does seem like it's about to turn for real this time. I'm most optimistic about the exponential learning curve that's about to take place. It starts with the former Chief Scientific Officer of the American Diabetes Association digging deeper into details than was apparently understood in the past. The results will then be spread to the ADA and Dr. Kendall's new Scientific Advisory Board which consists of some of the more influential leaders in the industry. Next up will be significant positive articles, all of which will then exponentially spread to endos and interested PCPs around the country as Mannkind participates in many of the conferences. Throw in a parallel marketing phase after the ADA and we might finally be on the path to where we want to go. I like Mike's plan!

The reason I am close to break even is I bought eight months prior to the final FDA approval at two dollars a share. Took profits and bought back in lower later. Not low enough I might add.😎 Isn't that similar to what Mike did? Yes but Mike knew what he was doing, I was just selling the news. Because that had been what my plan was...to buy at $2 and sell around $8. I had looked at the 10 year chart and and saw that it had run up twice before in exactly the same way. Tom and I both went in big. I thought we might get bought out but then we partnered with SNY and I held on for a little while but then when it started going down I got out. I wasn’t aware at the time that wall street almost always shorts all launches. Got lucky there, but then bought back in at $3 because I had sold my condo and had extra cash. Luckily I had extra dry powder to buy $2 dollar calls when we were around .78 cents after the split. I haven’t been all that great at trading around my core like Rick does. He has been good at that for years, holds a big core position and trades around the edges. You have to be a very un-lazy person to do that! Takes work.

Not low enough I might add.😎 I'm sure you'd never tell others to sell when you were... I'm sure that is a true long, right? I wasn’t posting then. I told people I trade for. Tom and I both took profits because that was the plan. I’m not sure if I would’ve told anybody because I had no idea of knowing if it was the right thing to do. After I was posting and we had that fiasco with the other exchange. Around $3pps. And Corey said to sell I jumped out🤣 But bought back in the same day after we found out it was a mistake. But I only went back in with half my shares. And yes I was posting then and told people that. Thanks to Corey and that fluke thing I had dry powder later when I started buying calls. I don’t tend to tell people when I buy either. I did mention a long time ago I bought some $5 2020 calls. I’m just going by my gut. I don’t want people following my gut:-) My shares in my Roth I’ve never sold. And don’t trade them. I sell my long-term calls after I’ve held them over a year. I do that with every stock I own. ( Because I tend to only trade long-term calls ). I don’t buy puts. I don’t short. Now if we were in a bear market I might buy puts on the S&P or shares in HDGE.

It’s actually easier then you think,, I just set sell orders at different %’s, depending on what is happening with mnkd at any given time. If my limit hits and I sell, I set strict buy limits,,, set it and forget it, but keep at least some profit. ✌🏻😎

Just find it a touch ironic that you thumbs up every poster that accuses me of not being invested in MNKD, and yet in reality I've held my shares more consistently. Though I give you credit for being smarter than I, having sold and repurchased lower. Thats not why I’m thumbing them up. ( It’s not all about you.) But you do make yourself sound like you have a derogatory attitude toward the stock and other posters. Really...you look at all my thumbs up? When I first started trading I would just look at the tape.. when Las Vegas Sands was going up I’d buy it, if another stock I owned was going down I’d sell it, because I would call that a “sick stock”. Especially if it went down through it’s 200 day. I read no message boards, no news articles, there was absolutely no noise going in and out of my head. I did better then:-)

Don't know if this is good news or not ... I just talked to my casino host last night and he announced ... "I am now the proud owner of 356 shares of MNKD !!!" So you know that I talk to people about MNKD ... but, hope this isn't like the shoe shine boy buying shares before the market crashed !!! YIKES !!!!!
