OMG, Sports, you're the one that wrote the short answers that would pop up in the "Magic Eight Ball." hahaha! Good one 😀 I can write some more... “Amgen’s next step is Trep.” And “Field of Lilly’s”. “Build it and they will come”....that was me too:-)

Is that your BMW, or is it really on some real car? I wish I could get my BMW that plate.. Profit from all of my core MNKD holding doesn't even cover the cost per year :-( But, I did make some good money with MNKD while in grad school :-)

lol. It’s mine. Just put it on tonight. I might get an Afrezza plate for my other one. I think Afrezza is still available in Pennsylvania - at least it was a few months ago. Hopefully it will be a plate I’ll be glad to keep forever.

Hopefully it will be a plate I’ll be glad to keep forever. Only a few in my friend circle know about my extreme MNKD addiction :-) So, I can't be that obvious now. One of my friends (>100m: very rich guy) got out of MNKD 3 years back. About 3+ are under water because of me. I can't really force them to buy more, to reduce their cost basis. But, I have done enough buys to get my basis to <$10. Hopefully we will realize good profit soon!

Wonder why boca hasn't sent me that $20 yet? Okay, here's a preview of things you could get for that $20. (Besides discount coupons cut out from the Sunday paper)
My way of getting out of paying taxes is ... all my shares are in my wife's and my name. They are all willed to our daughter. When my wife and I pass on ... hopefully not too soon ... my daughter will receive all those shares with a new cost basis of $300+. ?? If within 10 years time. Add addition zeros at the end for each 10 years beyond.
The only possible glitch is if my wife runs off with a cute young stud and takes all the shares. Hmmm ...

I had them open ROTH Ira’s, then I put money in each account for them to buy MNKD shares. Unfortunately that happened the first trading day of 2016, the day Sanofi dumped us. So they all have shares at a cost basis of $5. My husband owns his own shares so no worries about him running of with a younger woman with my shares! Your daughter is lucky.

And she knows it. Hope we never have to kick her out ... Ha! My daughter's ROTH IRA only has MNKD shares in it. Too bad that the limits are so low.
Cost basis of $5 isn't bad at all ... considering where I/we expect to be in the near future.

Now that United Theraputics has put forth the offer to acquire SteadyMeds PAH treatment for roughly $200 million, does this not give further credence to MNKD stock being GROSSLY undervalued. With a move directly to Phase 3, would should be able to solicit similar offers, I think.
Really hoping Mike has some more bombs to drop, and actually a surprise that brings up front CASH. Lord knows we need it.

“I am excited to see that MannKind was safely able to achieve higher plasma levels than reported for the current standard of care using Technosphere-based treprostinil,” Lewis Rubin, MD, emeritus professor of medicine at the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine, said in a press release.
