It says right in box #7, STOCK OPTIONS. Options don't mean jack, he didn't pay a cent for these.
I don't like that he stated "I would buy shares as soon as I can", and then he didn't put his money where his mouth is. I'm guessing even he thinks he can probably get in at a lower price later.
