Likely part of a coming pump and dump? So probably not matter too much where it airs for now imho until they do a real marketing and media push with a new creative designed to drive product sales. You think so, all part of the 'tea leaves' signaling the pump and dump and dilution? Investor conference, ADA...when was the last analyst upgrade? That's a sure signal when we start seeing analyst upgrades in the next week. TV ads? Not sure that's part of the leaves? What else. What I am saying is that most of us, knowing mnkd needs to raise money soon, and knowing that they are having a financial investor conference on Wendesday, may be running the old commercials as one part of the current short term strategy to promote mnkd to investors prior to the money raise. They don't have the money to run a national campaign nor even a wide spread regional or multi-market local campaign. However, by running select local spots in advance of the investor meeting they can tell potential investors at the meeting that they have started media in the local area markets that are quote "promotionally sensitive." Otherwise why run the old commercials before they have a real budget set aside for marketing with a new commercial that can speak to Dr.K's message. Especially with a brand new head of marketing who will likely want to change the creative. I don't think it is for the ADA, otherwise I would just run it in micro nets at the ADA and the hotels etc in the area. Many companies run commercials for investor only reasons just prior to raising money or to boost stock price. I may be wrong but imho I really see no other reason to be running a commercial right now.

Fox as in Fox news? Or Fox as in World Cup, Family Guy and syndicated programming? Still wondering if it is regional advertising. Fox as in it was the a.m. national news show. So, it played here...can't say where else. Broadcast or Cable?

If they can pump it from 3 to 6 back down to 2. They can do it again. I'm rooting for them - and a chance to sell the pump and buy the dump and DBL my shares.

ST.....$MNKD looks like afrezza tv commercial is now airing nationally. That’s good news. Combined with ADA exposure, we should see bump in scripts Bullish

I'd love to see the day when Afrrezza commercials are running "nationally," but that day hasn't arrived yet. Such a campaign would cost us multiple millions that we can't afford to spend at this point.

Is it possible MNKD has used the ATM to raise money for commercials? The ATM is not active when the stock price is below $2.50. Where is the $2.50 minimum specified?
I seem to remember that $2.50 being mentioned somewhere, but I can't find it specifically in the "controlled equity offering" sales agreement. The agreement with Cantor Fitzgerald states (paragraph 5(e), page 5), "Under no circumstances shall the Company cause or request the offer or sale of any Placement Shares pursuant to this Agreement at a price lower than the minimum price authorized from time to time by the Company’s board of directors, a duly authorized committee thereof or a duly authorized executive committee, and notified to the Agent in writing." This would lead one to believe that the minimum price can be changed by the BOD at any time.

Is it possible MNKD has used the ATM to raise money for commercials? The ATM is not active when the stock price is below $2.50. There is nothing I can see, either in the engagement letter with Cantor Fitzgerald or the prospectus supplement, that bars the company from activating the ATM at any price they want. There is an overall limit of $50 million under the prospectus, but there is no minimum price limit per share. The company has the option to set a minimum share price and/or a maximum number of shares, but they also have the option to change those limits at any time. Whether they have chosen to use the ATM, and at what price, won't be disclosed until the Q2 form 10Q is filed in August. If you have information to the contrary I would appreciate a citation to the source.

Mannkind Afrezza commercial was on FOX News this morning 6/26/2018 at 8:44 AM in the Tampa Bay area. I live in Dunedin, Florida. It is time for more Doctors to start prescribing. Most Diabetes patients still are not aware of Afrezza. My wife is a type 2 taking Afrezza and it works great for her. While in the waiting room at my Wife's endo yesterday I asked the five people in the waiting room if they had heard of Afrezza inhaled insulin. Four of the five had not heard of it and one person had heard of it and was considering it. I told them my Wife was using it and how great it worked for her by lowering her A1C, increased time in range and with less hypo's. I suggested they ask the doctor about it. I am not giving up on Mannkind and Afrezza because I know how well it works. Someday the World will know. PBM's need to remove prior auth.

I believe that the rollout of Afrezza TV ads are due to release of STAT results. The upgrades will be coming very, very soon and the stock will rise to $8-$10 range before an offering takes place. If sayhey24 is in charge of the run-up it might be $12-$14.😁
Mannkind had 5+ months to get the advertising in place after knowing the STAT results. It's all coming closer and clearer.
