There's a reason why there are so many ads for prescription drugs on TV and none on radio. On TV you can distact the viewer from the FDA required warnings with scenes of happy people doing interesting things.
On radio you can't do that and therefore the listener would give his full attention to the fact that Wonderdrug could do him great harm.

I have never seen so many youngish good looking people dying from Cancer as I see on the television.

I DM Mike about 4 months ago to ask him if he has considered Satellite Radio. Second Sight (Al Mann's other co. EYES) has advertised on that medium and I was surprised. Naturally Mike responded with "We're looking at all ways to advertise. Thanks for the suggestion." I think Satellite Radio is an excellent and economical way to advertise Afrezza. All you have to say is INHALED INSULIN and it will catch a lot of ears. I think Mike just had an interview on a satellite radio station a few weeks back,,, Yes but that's different than Advertising. Sat Radio is cheap and reaches a lot of listeners.

"I saw a werewolf drinking a piña colada at Trader Vic's And his hair was perfect"

"I saw a werewolf drinking a piña colada at Trader Vic's And his hair was perfect" I saw a werewolf walking with a Chinese menu in his hand Through the streets of Soho in the rain He was looking for a place called Lee Ho Fook's For to get a big dish of beef chow mein (I saw a werewolf drinking a Pina Colada at Trader Vic's And his hair was perfect draw blood)

The timing of the increased ads (YouTube, TV, others) seems to be very deliberate. That is, following the presentation of recent STAT results at the ADA, new clinical data is now public. Although the ads might not reflect the new data, I suspect sales reps will now incorporate this info into their pitch to prescribing doctors.
In other words, ads communicate the benefits of Afrezza to patients, while the new STAT results (and minutiae) communicate the benefits to physicians. This would seem like a logical strategy.
