11.9m 1h net sales? And they lowered guidance? That means they expect no sales ramp up. Net revenue reported for Q2 was $3.8 million, only a 10% increase from Q1. No way the company would have made the projected $25 million. Only $26.7 million in cash at the end of the quarter, which includes the $20 million reserve.
I hope the oral presentation gives us more positive information, especially regarding the cash situation.

So is that why the SP is falling? $11.9m in 1H, and they need ~$14m in 2H to meet the guidance (was $25-$30m, now $22-$25m). I'm sure they can easily do it. May be that's why they did the TV ads. Only thing is money. How will they raise cash with minimum pain.. May be they will send a big shipment to Brazil, and count it towards sales? Same with Tanner? Spencer says MNKD now counts sales to wholesalers as sales. So, is my assumption correct? Whatever, just get some good financing for now, and have enough cash for 3-4 quarters. Afrezza is good enough to more than survive, if it has enough time. On lowered guidance, you still feel that a big shipment will be need for Brazil?

What I'm saying is, push more stuff when raising cash..

The slides are online under "Event resources" --> "MannKind Q2 2018 Presentation". Another screw up by MNKD? Well, they find a new way of messing up in every event :-) Nothing new other than Canada and Mexico in 2H this year. No mention of how they are raising money.. Did I miss something? So is that why the SP is falling? You have been around for a while but perhaps you missed this along the way, read it all the way through, think musical chairs and the music is still playing. It's when the music stops you won't be asking that question, you'll be sitting in a chair already with a seat to watch the mayhem counterfeitingstock.com/CS2.0/CounterfeitingStock20Full.pdf

Of course when you lower guidance, you can probably meet it. But Wall Street punishes lowered guidance. Well, I suppose the same is true when you issue guidance in the first place. Usually, you always try to set a realistic, even conservative, target.

The call was of little value. They need to get some cash, grind it and get faster Afrezza growth. The formula isn't hard, but execution is. Its all pretty straight forward now. If they can get SP to high 6 or so, maybe sell 10mm shares. Not sure how else company can raise cash in a meaningful way.

~ 12,800 afrezza users presently. In my world, that means 12,800 diabetics / of the 1.5 million type ones in the USA have prescription coverage.

Brazil quarter 4 first shipment quarter 1 2019. will file with Mexico and Canada. It should be announced shortly. It could shed some lights on some FAQs such as: What publication and when will the STAT result be published? AnsweredWhere and when will be the next international expansion ? Why didn’t we expand in Canada, Mexico due to no NAFTA tariff? AnsweredMENA, China expansion have been often bandied about. When will that happen? Any update on improved coverage? Is TV Ads still going considering the cash crunch? Any near term cash infusion from potential partners? When will phase one pediatric trial complete ? mnkd.proboards.com/thread/10237/next-quarterly-call
