I believe the key is, the 5 million or so shares that Deerfield received for the debt have been sold. With the threat of further recapitalization in the rearview there should be a nice steady upward climb as investors start taking up positions, knowing that Deerfield is out of the picture. Any good news should cause large positive moves. Deerfield unwillingness to hang on to the stock they received for debt forgiveness, allowed a grey cloud to linger over the stock price.

Volume is a little bit light. Traders haven't noticed it yet?

Volume is a little bit light. Traders haven't noticed it yet? Volume is very light, but we are finally drifting UP on light volume! That is a huge change.

The deerfield seller is out of the way. 1.96 was a top back on September 25th. Seems to be pausing here. No one really coming into sell, only a pause.

Now that the uncertainty is taken off , slow and steady increase based on hope and there's always a chance that United can proceed on the second compound as well ( $30 mil upfront if so ).
United can also buy in if required to raise $. ( Hoping we don't have to and can run with out any dilution)
