Todays trading: The urgency to keep MNKD down is amazing. The shorts have called in reinforcements. Who knows we could end up for the day. The pull back today was based on the broader market move. Every stock or indice I follow was red except the Nasdaq. Yeah, but MNKD is on the Nasdaq and generally has no correlation to day-to-day market moves (not counting massive positive/bloodbath days). |

At the moment the price is driven by traders and not investors. Every time the price gets support they start to buy, and every time it approaches the top of the channel they start to sell. The have no views on the virtues of the company one way or the other, they just care that the stock is volatile and trading in a range. If you are a long then only the long term trend matters, if you are a trader the immediate price and where you are in the cycle matters. |

On track to close with a higher weekly low, would have needed to take out last weeks low of 1.57...with a deficit of 43M shares would have been a tall order to try to take out but would very much welcome the effort as it would be met with wanting hands  Biotechs in general are holding very well today vs. overall broader market...enjoy your weekends! |
