Why is the share price pegged at 1.77 to 1.80? Are there shares or warrants that were issued at that price? Sorry if it is already covered. The chart shows it artificially pegged at 1.78 since September 1st.

I would need to go back and look, the reasons. (Deerfield) hopefully the knowledgeable board members will respond to your post celo.

The chart shows it artificially pegged at 1.78 since September 1st. I would have said the range was 1.76 to 1.84 but that's subjective. Put simply there is no change in the fundamentals since the UTHR deal so there is no reason for the price to change other than a slow downward drift. Bots love range bound micro-cap stocks because they can trade the range so they buy at around 1.76 which pushes the price upwards and then sell around 1.84 which pushes the price down. If there is insufficient other interest in the stock then these bots are the market and their sell point is as high as the stock will go in the normal run of trading. Equally their buy point is a support.

SPX - 86 points The yield curve just got a little kinky. Looks like it is having an effect on investors as they begin offloading. Long term bonds seem in more demand than short term. It's going to be a bumpy ride. I think we go up past the highs in the dow by 5% before we crash. The whole tariff nonsense will be unwinded allowing for a short term rejoicing in the markets. And by what the yield curve is saying, it will be short term.

The world leaders the witnesses. Yield Curve, I saw that yesterday and today. whip lash.
