Wonderful news!
So, 55 mil / 8mil per month = 6.87 months - so, to April. Add in our incoming generated revenue, which should continue to increase nicely in that time (including TrepT royalties and milestones) and throw in the other channels and this rocket has a clear runway. Set up a deal for Epi just like this TrepT for second qtr 19 and that will get us to end of 19, and around then Afrezza will be breakeven. Did I mention standard of care? Ladies and gentlemen, we are airborne, and the ride will soon be smooth. But for now, stay buckled up.
I don’t like that United will be doing long term commercial manufacturing. That’s a lot of added income that would have been nice. But, the optional product expansion sounds like a nice opportunity for more future income. Also, I do like dh4’s idea of paying off Deerfield. We can probably structure any new financing under better terms now.
Afterhours is now $1.57. High was 1.82.

The Sanofi deal was bigger than this and that had us up to $10-11. But now we have roughly 70% fewer shares, anyone care to take a guess? $8-9 short term... maybe... with some decent follow up info from the upcoming conference calls. The thing about this deal in addition to keeping the "Open for Business" sign on the door is now, MNKD is no longer a one trick pony and gives them significant opportunity to raise the needed cash to allow Dr. Kendall time to get the Standards of Care updated.
I hated the SNY deal and love this one. This is the best news I have seen with MNKD since June 27 2014!

At SNY partnership we were valued at about 4.5 billion; now that may have been over valued because of the hype at the time but even if you value the company then at 3 billion conservatively with the dilution that has taken place in theory mankind now should be at $20 to 25 Love to see Almands name still coming out and print by U T The name that still keeps on giving for diabetics and investors |

Great news indeed. What it says to me is "Operating CASH" And CASH is what we've been needing. Very nice way to return from camping

Fantastic news, in so many ways, and at the 11th hour makes it even better! Matt and friends haven't posted yet, they're huddling up, perhaps trying to come up with a "trick" play at this point. I am still reeling a bit, though, from Kite have scooped Sla.  |
