ibb.co/njp14fI made a nice performance yesterday - isn't it? As soon as I know, how to realize some bucks of my wallet, I'll buy several million mnkd shares. Shorties - be prepared!

NatesNotesNov 16th, 6:33 am $MNKD @jeromejaco @vibes121 @lattitude48 no - code A indicates shares were acquired (vs. D - disposed of)... in this case, bought at $1.77
NatesNotesNov 16th, 6:30 am @vibes121 @lattitude48 correct (and never are any shares from "us"... issued stock is issued stock, period)
NatesNotesNov 16th, 6:24 am @lattitude48 again, rxs for $MNKD Afrezza are tracking right where the realists said they would (and miles ahead of pessimists' predictions)
NatesNotesNov 16th, 6:22 am If you're still wondering, I can confirm that $MNKD mgt *bought* shrs directly from the co. via the employee purchase plan announced in June
and, of course, management benefits in that it is able to acquire stock that it feels will be worth more down the road... creates an SEC authorized way for insiders to buy more easily and, though hardly "millions," it is money in co. coffers

Nate......The shares were purchased through the employee stock purchase program announced in June. Not debatable.
This is from me...nobody gets to buy shares at $1.07, when they buy shares, when they purchase them, they get the shares at market price.

Can anyone explain the $1.05 or $1.07 price listed on that SEC filing? What did that signify? Only the share price the day that SEC filing was made?

Both Nate and Spencer have explained that they do not get to buy the shares at that amount. I have no idea under which article Spencer explained it all out on ..there are so many. But I remember he said the same thing as Nate. It’s in employee program, they have to buy the shares at market price. They are buying them from Mannkind at the certain times they are allowed to so in a sense it’s planned, it does not affect any news coming. And it is bullish overall.
