Charting made sense in the fifties and sixties.
Todayās equivalent are hundreds of thousands of lines of code that sit on top of databases with real time feeds from many sources.
But the pictures are cool. Lots of colors.
No offense meant.

Seanismorris: the sales reps cost about 4 million a qtr. if want to argue we are top heavy with the sales executive team/support thatās another discussion. You are welcome for the biz weāve drummed up vs the obstacles we face each day in the field. Weāre not happy with the numbers either but there are a lot of factors Iām quite certain you donāt have a clue about. How dare you sit on your couch and comment about the sales force. Mike along with Pat have put together the best sales force Iāve ever worked with and Iāve been at all the big Pharma companies. You want to send it back to Sanofi? Iām sorry but that was too much for me to take and not comment.

But in the long term you canāt justify a 4 million dollar expense for sales if it only brings in 5 million in revenue which includes recurring refills. If you canāt do better the company will be finished.

No need to apologize. When you are losing 22 million a qtr you want to get rid of the people who are in the trenches fighting for the survival of this drug so instead you lose 15-17 million? Again, Nobody is pleased with the trajectory of growth, but Iām standing with the 75-85 of my colleagues that are creating friction where the rubber meets the road. Most could go elsewhere make the same money or more but believe in this drug and choose to believe.

And I think you meant in the āshortā term it doesnāt make since keeping the sales force. I might agree with you there. Whether or not Afrezza makes it or not will be because of the ineffectiveness of the MannKind Sales Force.

I'm sure there are easier gigs; we need good people to move the company forward. Regarding your comment: "How dare you sit on your couch and comment about the sales force". Please keep in mind that many people have lost good money on MNKD, present company included. I believe MNKD will eventually succeed, but I think that a lot of us have earned the right to be critical. I still hold a good number of shares, so I don't consider myself simply doing the "arm chair quarterback" thing. Technically, I'm part owner and am certainly financially committed. I understand that there's no shortage of frustration all the way around for good reason. Please take the criticism more as a reality check and a reason to turn things around for the share holders. That'd be something to take pride in. Right? My 2 cents...

There is no unlimited source of money so at some point very soon, there needs to be an ROI on the sales force. A dollar spent earning 1.20 is not good enough.

Your comment "there are a lot of factors Iām quite certain you donāt have a clue about" has me curious - are you at liberty to share with us those factors (or some of them)?
