I noticed they mentioned Reddit...just got a DM on Twitter from someone that had been attacked by RisingSkeptic on Reddit. He’s on Twitter making up stuff about Judy..posting under MNKDs tweets, he’s everywhere. Is it even the same company? The FDA report cites a company in Hoover, AL, while the Eagle Pharmacy MNKD is dealing with is in Lakeland, FL. Their website provides only that address.
"Eagle Pharmacy Inc (EAGLE PHARMACY INC) is a Community/Retail Pharmacy in Hoover, Alabama. The NPI Number for Eagle Pharmacy Inc is 1013190487."

They are different companies. The pharmacy dealing with Afrezza is an LLC, the other Eagle Pharmacy in a corp. Different companies can have the same name, happens all the time and especially across state lines.

What a f*cking dirtbag this RisingCoward. Pathetic excuse of a human being. His M/O is to steal identities (ie. Rod Rosenstein on Stocktwits) and spew disinformation that taints both Mannkind and the victim of identity theft. Multiple Members here have been victims. I watched (at Davos) the CEO of Microsoft discussing with the CEO of Yahoo the problems they face in the age of technology. I would love to have five minutes with the CEO of Yahoo to show him what his platform represents to the world on the Yahoo MNKD message board. This would be a great place for him to begin "taking out the trash". No offense intended to our Moderators (I would not want their job, and appreciate what they do) but I promise if the Yahoo CEO took action it would impact someone on this board. (Note; I tried to contact Rod Rosenstein to report electronic identity theft (His) and arrived at a screen that said "Due to the current Government shutdown We are unable to process your ...................." I was encouraged that the Department of Justice has a website with a link to report electronic identity theft, I encourage everyone to report this individual, I doubt Mr. Rosenstein will appreciate being the victim of identity theft. I'm sure this idiot will not be hard to locate, if collectively we can promote CEO of the year, collectively we can give Shekreli a roommate (or a few more years). As soon as the Government is open for business, the link to report electronic identity theft to the DOJ will be active. It will be interesting to see if the actual Mr. Rosenstein (The United States Deputy Attorney General) appreciates being a victim. I'm trying to correct the record.

It took a Gal from our little town in Alaska to open the US Government. Let's hope the next shutdown affects (all) the folks shutting it down, as Warren Buffett says, "you have to get the incentives in the right place"! I think this apply's to our little Mannkind as well. Sorry moderators, still trying to correct a record.

Folks the Government is open for business, this is what I filed; The suspect is portraying himself to be Rob Rosenstein on Stocktwits MNKD message board. The fraud damages both the Publicly Traded Company of Mannkind with derogatory statements and Rod Rosenstein as his reputation is impinged upon though words he did not write. Although this is (unfortunately) a common form of fraud / identity theft, I believe Mr. Rosenstein given his stature as United States Deputy District Attorney will take offense to being an unwitting victim of this crime. The suspect is using both his image and name to discredit the publicly trade company Mannkind. As a Mannkind shareholder I incur monetary harm from this action as share price is tied to a companies reputation, having the suspect "Mr. Rosenstein" relentlessly attack this small company is negatively influential to potential investors.

Well that will go exactly nowhere - the first amendment sees to that as it's plainly satire. My mother had a cat called Admiral Poindexter, but that wasn't identity theft either.

You may be correct, we will see. Did her cat steal an image and present itself as such? (Now that is satire) It may just put a jackass on a watch list, who knows? I know electronic fraud is currently a hot button issue. Though, it is nice to see your interest. P.S. It is very easy to file.

I found this: www.identitytheft.gov/ But it looks like you have to be a victim to report an ID theft. Anyway, I agree with Aged. IMO, using a photo and name of a public figure on Stock Twits as is being done in this case is akin to satire and far from 'real' identity theft.

Once again mnkdfann, you seem to have only brought forward the verbiage you wanted shown and "dumped the meat and potatoes" back in the stream.

But I'm no legal expert, so knock yourself out. You may well be correct.

Actually, I think you were editing your post while I was posting mine. So what I quoted was current at the time. Or else the message board editing window was acting up.

I must say, I am not at all surprised by who has responded to my filing notification.
