Mike C. Said we were now funded until break even. I hope somebody here can break that down. What will scripts need to be at and how long will it be?

I hope someone will take the time to sort out the details of the recapitalization. It was difficult for me to understand. Overriding for me was the whys. Why the Mann recapitalization since that was unsecured debt. Ditto the Bruce recapitalizaton? I presume it must have been a demand by Apollo but I don't see why. I THINK the Mann debt of about 70M was due next year. That has been extended to 5 years which is a very, very good thing. This was a very good call. All kinds of positives. Recapitalization, increasing Afrezza revenues, positive Gross Margin on Afrezza sales, Deerfield GONE , reaffirmation of cash payments coming in from UTHR to name a few. A very good call. Lots of excellent news. I wonder how long until our resident tag team of experts begins to poke holes in it?

Given the circumstances and my expectations (or lack thereof), the call went about as good as I could have hoped.

Yes, likely demand of Apollo, wanting them to subordinate and push out so as to minimize chances of problems before Apollo fully repaid. Unlikely it is merely coincidence that the other debt is now due after the Apollo.

SA says MNKD was down 4% at 1:14pm PST but didn't announce that it's up 9% after CC ...Hmmmm.... Fake news?

Spencer will detail all of that out in the next 24 hours for us. SpencerOsborne, anaerobic outgrowth of human feces. The Continuous Glucose Monitor came around just at the right time for MNKD. The World can see how effective Afrezza is to stop blood glucose from rising and bring it down. Billboards Spencer. Under Pressure Spencer. Your catch and kill needs to be aborted. Billboards Spencer and Pediatric trials and UTHR, another application. The whole world will soon be able to see on continuous glucose monitor the inhaled insulin you tried so hard to take down. Mutant.

Given the circumstances and my expectations (or lack thereof), the call went about as good as I could have hoped. Yes, not bad. Who knows, we may have experienced the final bottoming out in share price and will build from here if each new quarter adds to the belief that Mike is correct that current recap takes us to break even. I've added some to my position for first time in a very long while... though still consider it speculative. Interesting comments on Kaiser. I'm in the heart of Kaiser country and have info sources I ply for Afrezza news. I like that MNKD has someone dedicated. Will be very excited, and likely be more liberal with share purchase if I catch wind of attitudes changing there. It seems Kaiser never felt the cost/benefit ratio of RAAs were good enough. Would be quite a statement if they basically jump over RAAs and go from Humulin as SOC to Afrezza.

I had never lost faith in ‘Mike and the team. I think we’re going to see great things ahead. The storm clouds have lifted. Deerfield is gone. Now it’s time to see the PPS rise up SHORTLY.
For those of us who have been here five + years. Congratulations!
