There is no competition. Nobody is shamelessly promoting anything, you can’t buy shares in Vdex. This is just one idea of disruptive marketing. Vdex doesn’t buy Afrezza it’s the patients that would get it for free. Vdex is covered by insurance.. Medi-Cal etc. Makes a lot of sense to me. $25 Million annually to market Afrezza with only about 6000 PWD? Really? Mannkind could 1/2 its salesforce, work on getting people on Afrezza as outlined in the video, and sit back and watch the scripts grow. Everyone on this board knows Afrezza is the best in class. Bill's idea about proving it is solid. Good thinking...

>> Nobody is shamelessly promoting anything, you can’t buy shares in Vdex. Shall we make a quick search how many other clinics and distributes have a channel here linking CEO videos? Maybe we can find calls making one of these CEO a Mannkind board member... well maybe not..
Why would I buy Vdex shares, I already expressed my opinion that they might be obsolete soon, as they are too expensive.

Earlier you wrote: >> Let’s pretend that Mannkind did a deal with Vdex that allowed them to buy Afrezza for the same price McKesson gets it for

BTW I am not an enemy of Vdex or other companies, I am just of the opinion, that we currently have a solid upward trend in Afrezza sales and that will lead to green numbers if we DONT get much interference from outside.

I don’t understand why you keep going on about this.. I was just trying to explain a misunderstanding of an old deal, ( that I do not have the specifics about ) that is off the table. It’s not relevant at this time. So no worries.

Not being diabetic this is simply an observation. If I was (as I am) in lock down in my home, and I suffered diabetes I believe it would be a good time to see how "dialed in" I could get my blood sugars.

It’s amazing the amount of time Looking For Diogenes spends on bashing Mannkind, Afrezza, and Vdex.... and TS! There’s too many comments to post but John was holding his own. Why would someone spend so much time trying to figure out which town in New Mexico Vdex is in😂 or why it’s in one town and not another.

First, I am not castigating Castagna and promoting McCullough. Second, I don’t have insight into VDex’s financials, however from what I was told they are receiving approvals from insurers that helps everyone involved. VDex’s business model is evolving, and I suspect it will look different next year; that’s the reality. I don’t understand why you are making an issue of VDex when all they are doing is establish a business that promotes Afrezza and helps diabetics.

Well thats interesting - "we’re helping diabetes and prediabetes patients".
The biggest win for T2s would be if they got proper treatment when the medical community is calling them PREdiabetic. While losing a few pounds and a nice walk won't hurt, replacing the lost insulin is key to stopping and potentially reversing beta cell lose.
Bill has been talking for years. It would be nice to see him do a real FDA approved trial on prediabtecis. We already have large trials showing how many Prediabetics progress to PWDs even after losing the weight and increasing exercise. A prediabetic large trial with afrezza would IMO be huge. Maybe Kevin Sayer would be interested in partnering. DXCM closed at $410.80 today on a down day.

Nice to see MannKind using ultra rapid in their info besides just the website. Is that from this year?
