RLS (Andrea Leone-Bay) is presenting at the 2020 Cannabinoid Derived Pharmaceuticals Summit in May Improving Cannabinoid Dosage Forms: Inhaled and Oral• Cannabinoid medicines are challenged by very low bioavailability and highly variable absorption when administered either orally or by inhalation. These deficiencies have a negative impact on patient treatment • To address these drug delivery issues for the oral route, we will present data demonstrating improved bioavailability and reduced variability of orally administered cannabinoids using novel, pharmaceutical formulations • We are developing a dry powder inhalation system intended as an immediateonset cannabinoid therapy because inhalation delivery provides ultra-rapid absorption. Initial clinical data will be presented demonstrating the feasibility of this approach cdp-europe.com/seminar/improving-cannabinoid-dosage-forms-inhaled-and-oral/cdp-europe.com/speaker/andrea-leone-bay/I wonder where the "initial clinical data" was collected.

I know, I’m really curious about that too! Maybe RLS will find a good partner there...

I’m assuming this means much of the preclinical work is complete and Receptor is ready, or almost ready, for Phase 1.

A milestone payment from RLS to Mannkind could be triggered prior to the May presentation. Finally, RLS is coming out of the shadows and the MNKD pipeline continues to move forward. An update on pediatric approval wouldn't hurt either What is the milestone? There is no publicly available info about what would trigger any additional payments. Akemp self admittedly tries to post things to boost stock sentiment. Take with grain of salt. Obviously saying something "could" happen doesn't mean a lot. An asteroid could obliterate the earth right before the RLS milestone payment arrives. Personally I'd bet on additional milestones being linked to successfully completing the various stages of clinical trials... but I'll self disclose that this is a wild guess on my part because, repeating myself, no one has any info regarding this topic. We can hope for it, as we've been doing for years now.

It is hard for me to understand what has taken so long in starting Phase 1. I would guess has something to do with messed up regulatory issues of cannabis.

I simply post positive perspectives more often when I see an unusual amount of negative perspectives to bring balance. Administrators need to take note. Fabricating a personal attack should not be tolerated.

I simply post positive perspectives more often when I see an unusual amount of negative perspectives to bring balance. Administrators need to take note. Fabricating a personal attack should not be tolerated. To clarify... that is what I'm referring to. It also appears (to me) you always consider that there is "unusual" amount of negative perspective. I would guess you believe 0% "negative" and 100% "positive" would be the non-unusual ratio. I assume the reason you feel a need to "balance" things has to do with the sentiment of MNKD as an investment. This site after all is about investing in MNKD. I thus probably should have said "Akemp self admittedly tries to post 'positive' things about MNKD, and I would presume that is in attempt to improve stock sentiment, which people often do when they are investors in a company as I think Akemp is." I totally agree about the personal attacks. However, most of what I've seen on the board is by far unsubstantiated attacking of posters that you would likely label as "negative perspectives" as having ulterior motives, being paid to post, working for competitors of MNKD and all sorts of other nonsense.

KevMik on StockTwits posted a link that Mannkind’s Andrea-Leone Bay is speaking at the same Cannaboid conference (as RLS) in May. On the same date range, MC is presenting in New York at the Inhalation and Respiratory Drug Conference.
Could be an interesting week.

She's a RLS founder and its Chief Scientific Officer.

This is the craziest damn thread. Thank You Mango. And if somebody needs to go to Europe to learn the results of the conference I volunteer to go to Amsterdam and look for them.
