This topic comes up here every few years, along with the issue of why mnkd doesn't do the testing to prove that refrigeration is not necessary.

There is nothing stopping the Gates Foundation from stepping up to the plate on this.  I contacted them many years ago when they were trying to develop remote refrigeration for vaccines.  They are well aware of TS and afrezza or at least the people at the time were.
