Falcon, please explain. Are you saying DeSisto is not doing well? The company he heads sure isn't. I'm sure he's fine. What company is that? His LinkedIn profile says he's the CEO at the Insulet Corporation, but he retired from that company in 2014. www.sec.gov › Archives › edgar › data
Form 8-K - SEC.gov
Sep 16, 2014 - On September 16, 2014, Duane DeSisto announced his retirement as the President and Chief Executive Officer and as a Director of Insulet ...

Perhaps there is something to be learned here, where a change in leadership is followed by compelling returns for investors.

I couldn't find any current info on desisto. Very unusual. Who does he work for? DeSisto was already a Chief Financial Officer for a company (ZOLL Medical Corporation) in 1986. I don't know, but I'm assuming CFO is typically not one's first job? He had a long career. DeSisto retired from Insulet in 2014. I'm guessing he stayed retired.

Sabotage? Airway delivery, so effective and efficient. There are whole countries on earth and a few boats, that are once again taking a look at respiratory delivery. I will say, it is effective.

What’s the current retention rates? Are they sabotaged? Afrezza users has different methods of getting what they need like GoodRX... They leave when the aren’t convinced of Afrezza’s value vs. cost.
As for the Afrezza scripts graph, it’s not that impressive...
I’ve seen about 30 GoodRX ads online since the year began. I’ve NEVER seen an Afrezza ad. Ads aren’t aren’t just about getting new users, they help with retentions. They validate the users decision to use Afrezza, as well as the doctor prescribing it.
How much is $$$ spent on this sales team vs the alternatives? I won’t be giving this management team a pat on the back next time we face dilution.

MNKD was my worst investment for the last 5 years. Change is needed at this company.
