Good terms. The way to the hockey stick we’ve all been hoping for is retention. I haven’t seen anything that would classify as “significant” in any sales measure other than cartridges sold. Increase in cartridges sold is good for bottom line and means patients are getting to more therapeutic doses, but if u look at scripts qtr/yr over qtr/yr nothing is significant. If u removed the top 10 Endo Afrezza prescribers nationally tomorrow 90% of the volume would be gone. 10 prescribers are carrying this drug. That’s not a model for growth. Apparently it is if you can get 50 endos on board. With your math we would be profitable!

Well refills have been increasing significantly. Right? Also, I’m curious, when did you leave working for MNKD? Was it on good terms? Are you selling insulin for another company now? Has someone presented data showing that refills have changed trajectory vs NRx? Eyeing the graphs we have it doesn't jump out at me. Unfortunately, the spreadsheet I keep tracking sales has always just been revenue, otherwise I'd try to validate that notion. If retention had been a problem and now it's been significantly improved, wouldn't the company want to present this info to shareholders and potential investors? Return prescriptions have been rising, but I’m not sure it’s enough to comment on, or if mnkd has even noticed, or knows the significance of it. There are definitely more PWD refilling their prescriptions so retention is slowly improving, but I doubt we here anything from mnkd until the TRX #’s are over 1000/week, and RRX’s are at least 70%. That will be a great accomplishment imo, and could happen in 2020 if we are just a little lucky. Mike needs to be talking about Afrezza and TS, he should be in the public’s eye as much as possible. These appearances at Healthcare Conferences do nothing to let the public know about us, and those attending these conferences already know about mnkd. The general public doesn’t know we exist for the most part.

Actually the 90% number is high. Guessing closer to 70% but still top heavy and undiversified volume.

The general public doesn’t know we exist for the most part. More patients refilling would happen unless long term retention was basically zero. One would need to look deeper into the data to validate whether retention is improving, and I don't think it would be easy developing a valid model for the data analysis, though I'd be curious if anyone has actually crunched numbers. Wow, I certainly would hope MNKD is aware of the retention rate. I've certainly never been in the "gotta replace management" camp, but if they haven't noticed or don't recognize the significance of retention rate, I'd vote in a heart beat to replace them. Though, I'm quite confident they are competent and follow it closely.

So far there are 25 yes votes and 30 no votes. Considering how the options were phrased, the margin of error is probably about 5 votes. Glad we all got this solved

I haven’t displayed in a while?... meaning yesterday? I didn’t have time to post yesterday..because I was in the ICU visiting my cousin. I don’t block on Pro-Boards because blocking does not keep someone from reading your posts. It just keeps you from seeing their’s. I like to read everybody’s opinion. On Stocktwits I block people because I do not want them to see my posts because I don’t think they deserve to see the information I post when they’re constantly hounding me🤣

Glad we all got this solved Keep in mind the first "Yes" option is a sarcastic one, so those are more in line with the "No" camp. So more like 21 to 34. Still, your last sentence still holds as true.
