As of now: YES: 39 NO: 48 This is including the first choice as a No, since anybody choosing it obviously does not believe management deserves to stay. The thread title question is "Does this management deserve to stay?" 28+11+5 = 44 YES 42+1 = 43 NO Since majority of the polling answers are strangely worded anyway, even if we take the first YES polling answer at face value, it still does not fall under NO, IMO. Apologies for belaboring this, but as you say the polling answers are strangely worded. Misleading actually. "Does management deserve to stay" is the purported Q, but the choices are more "Do you think management WILL stay (regardless of whether they deserve to)." So again, the first answer is that management WILL stay, despite not deserving to stay. Therefore current score (of this essentially meaningless but still entertaining poll) is now up to: Does management DESERVE to stay YES: 29 + 12 = 41 NO: 44 + 6 + 1 = 51

Thus my disdain for these polls. Ah, the subtleties of language. Accidental or unintentional injection of bias, or intentional, crafty and clever pollster word magic. Not implying any nefarious intent by George, et al on this thread's poll.

Regardless, this poll is scheduled to lock tomorrow at 3pm CST. I'm just dreaming here, but it would sure be nice if by 3pm tomorrow this poll didn't matter anymore.

Regardless, this poll is scheduled to lock tomorrow at 3pm CST. As well as some stellar news if we longs can manage to pull even the slightest bit of luck our way, then the poll can permanently be deleted
