And I’m not negative about us getting to break even. I am negative about how we’re getting there and at who’s expense. Big changes needed! Harry’s post on ST, “ I'm just as irritated as the rest of you, but authorizing shares doesn't mean immediate dilution. However, we have seen what the management & BoDs has done with the last package of shares authorized. We need to see some major buying by the top executive team IMO and I would also like to see bonuses stopped for 2020 and voluntary pay cut by the CEO.” I fully agree with that. ( Also mentioned was this... Also, someone with nads needs to sell Danbury's manufacturing capabilities as a priority to Onshore BP manufacturing. Moving headquarters to Danbury.) With this I think people would be more positive about voting for more shares. Several CEO's of major American Companies like Yum Brands have agreed to take no compensation for the rest of 2020. Something for Mnkd to think about...

You want to compare Mnkd to yumbrands / that will really give MIKE the incentive to get the job done .

I mean, why should he, he gets an A+ rating from the BoD...

Asking for raises, better yet accepting raises, bonuses, etc during this dire time, a global crisis, economic meltdown—despite what some "scoring system" said—would be foolish thing to do. Management should be putting themselves last.
Regardless, it would be the morally wrong thing to do given the mediocre at best performance results and the global economic crisis, anyway.
Is MannKind management a bunch of fools?

Well Rancho, at this point I am with you. Mike and the entire BOD must go. Order is BOD first then Mike. They all have lost all credibility. The BOD was dead in the water for a few years and someone was supporting them by voting for them. For what reason I really do not know, but now it looks nefarious at best.
The balls on them to give themselves extra credit for staying in business and the rest. I am beyond angry now. Sold all my options for now and I am looking at selling all the 60k shares shortly. F... Mike and his monkeys in the BOD.

I have been a relatively positive person throughout this ordeal. And I really thought Mike would help turn it around. But he hasn't gotten it done. And his time is up. At least from my perspective. He should take note of my comment because I was generally very bullish on him and management in the past. But my confidence in them is gone. Hear this - I'm out. I sold half my position a few weeks back and I sold the rest today. I wish the best of luck to all remaining longs.

It's a little murky but that should be somewhere between 5 and 20x PE. There are lots of variables that depend on things like the roll out of Tre-T and how royalties are melded with Afrezza sales to affect the bottom line. It's not unheard of to see a fairly fast-growing biotech stock at 40x PE, especially if they have a few in their pipeline. Especially a pipeline of orphan drugs. Thing is, I can see a path for Afrezza sales alone to be $200 Mil. in 2022. But, sadly, I guess I'm the only one who still sees it..........no, that's not quite the right observation...........still..... BELIEVES it. I remember, though, many of you used to believe too. GLTYA

GLTYA I certainly used to believe and maybe there is a path to $200 million in Afrezza sales in 2022. That's $4 million a week. That's a long way from where we are now. And how much dilution and stress and headache between now and then. Nobody knows for sure. But I personally made the decision that enough was enough and my money was better invested elsewhere for now. Who knows what the future will hold? I could get back in at some point, but I just don't see the share price going moving up significantly in the near to mid term (I'm not talking about a move from $1 to $1.50. I'm talking about a move from $1 to $5 or higher. Because that is what it would take for me to feel good about selling. I wouldn't sell at $1.5 if it traded up there).

But then maybe we should wait to see what comes out at the next conference call. I would like to hear what is being done internationally. AND, I'm expecting more cash starting tomorrow and would love to see pps drop to the 82 cent level again so I can add more. But, that's mytakeonit And, there is always a "next conference call," though,... . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . until there isn't.

Those that think that MNKD will not survive ... should SELL now. It'll make it so easy for me to be a board member with so many shares. But, that's mytakeonit They already did.
