That had to be a mistake made by "the fly" (a major one at that)? I get an empty webpage when I click on the FDA reference link in the website you linked to. The .GOV website has the approval. |

Reminds me of the Zoom Technologies stock that was halted this year by the SEC. Price is shown to have been up as high as 800% this year as traders confused it with Zoom Video.

Is there is legal ramifications here? Can MannKind sue FDA for publishing false material information that can potentially harm the company and move the PPS?
I think we should be looking into this.

What do we think is going on with MNKD price? It is holding the three day range, trading $1.28 down .02 at high volume for MNKD shares.

I don't think MNKD stable price here has anything to do with possible law suits. |

I don't think you are looking at MNKD price staying stable here correctly. I don't think MNKD stable price here has anything to do with possible law suits. Price was 1.40 What about all the investors that got burnt like brotherm1 said happened? FDA has yet to fix the error. How long would a judge consider "enough time" to spot and fix an error such as this (it being a rather large material event error and all). Are you an attorney or judge? |

Not worth the effort of fighting the FDA over this .10 move that happened in like 5 minutes, legal costs and making an enemy out of the FDA would far outweigh the potential gain. There was no PR, it just got picked up by one of those automated "wire" bots.
