Be advised that you will need your control number from your proxy vote in order to participate in the ASM. My voting form with control number was emailed to me via my stock company but I had to search a bit to locate it. I suggest that you find and record yours if you plan on joining.

Any insights in how they are handling the Q&A? Barnstormer, any chance a little of your NVAX magic could rub off on mnkd? I’m feeling we need magic or voodoo at this point. I’m going to wait till well after the meeting to listen. If anything exciting were to happen, I’m sure I’ll see it reflected in the share price. What a long road this has been. We were a superhighway for a short while years ago, just whizzing along so fast, that I missed all the good off-ramps. |

BABA That NVAX Magic is a little low today. Stan's offering is killing the Mojo. These BIO CEOs think dilution is the only solution.

Since I do not retain proxyvote control numbers I contacted MNKD. Their response:
A proxy control number is not required to attend our virtual annual meeting. To accommodate our stockholders, the Company chose to allow guest login access also should one not have their control number handy.

Was told that I (or MNKD) would need to get a control number from the company's transfer agent. I'll try as a guest though if minus the control number. UPDATE: MNKD IR replied back to me with same info, attend as a guest. As a guest, you cannot vote during the meeting, but otherwise can see/hear everything. |

You only need a CONTROL NUMBER if you want to submit a question. You can contact your broker for the CN. |
