Wow. Maybe time to sell and move on to a different investment? Asking a serious question. pat please stop tanking the stock, the market reads and reacts to posts like yours. ATS2020 UTR presentation by Dr. Nathan-
TRe-T:
Well tolerated, markedly effective, stops FEV decline, increased capacity, increased mean walking distance 31 meters, big trial, stat sig, severe patient group, lumped together all types, conservative analysis, hit secondary endpoint too within 16 week study, outstanding results. Clearly a clinically unmet medical need per Dr. Nathan AND the moderator.
This is the real deal.

There was also an ancillary surprise finding they talked about also applying inhaled therapy too..did you catch that?

So far, the only facts we have point to a pure pump/manipulation. There's been no news, as usual. We had the same situation a little over a year ago (March 2019) and the pump raised the stock price significantly, but they fell short of getting the warrants executed, and then the SP plummeted. If the pumpers' goal is to get the $11MM or thereabout from the warrants, they only need to hold it above $1.60 for another day. It's at $1.89 as I hit send.

No need to keep it above 1.60 if they already shorted the full number of warrants. They can cover below 1.60 normally without exercising warrants or exercise the warrants to cover.

Actually it was just the ADA results ...which are saying basically Afrezza is there superior insulin. Insulin is the largest selling drug in there world..Mannkind just demonstrated that have the best thing to Mother natures own..suprised this stock isn't already at 4000 a share..but..large institutions bought..the X head of the ADA Kendall presented findings..the X head of FDA..Blackrock..AMGEN executives..this isn't an accident they all come to Mannkind..Technosphere is a giant..Afrezza is being held back..but surely they all have thought it through..whaile FAISP an inferior slower in and out drug is in 25 countries giant sells force..doesn't have the same profit levels as Afrezza lean machine..no..I'd say Afrezza is packaged to sell..for I dunno 33% for $50 billion?

I am a novice investor, and so sorry if this is a stupid question. Okay, so I agree that the warrant holders already shorted the stock. But if the price goes below $1.60, it's cheaper (and more profitable) for the warrant holders to just buy the stock on the open market and cover the short that way than to exercise the warrant. If that happens, then MNKD doesn't get the $11MM revenue from the warrants. What am I missing?

MC "Yes, I would say we're on our way now, right. I would say when Sanofi launched they did 7 million net sales in a year with spending $210 million; you can see we're doing 7 million a quarter and a lot less money. So, I think we have proven that we can be efficient and effective in relaunching and the thing that slows Afrezza down is just capital if we were to hire 200 reps, we could grow faster..." I would also add..limited only by the amount of sales staff..so take $7 million x 200 $1.4 Billion a year..to start..also not sharing 33% with Sanofi ..100% to Mannkind. Also ..Merck has 500 laid off sales reps..I see Michael invited them to apply...at Mannkind..seems to me this is an Engineering problem to be solved NOW!

pat please stop tanking the stock, the market reads and reacts to posts like yours. Does that make me an “influencer”. The more appropriate term might be “manipulator” as your negative posts here are obviously manipulating our share price to go lower. Hopefully you (along with your fellow notorious manipulator known as awesomo) will cease your campaign to suppress the share price and let it fly sky high. Please let us know before you do that so we can load up!

Go ahead and mock. I can post the SEC’s warning about social media being used for the agenda of people using negative and positive posts to depress or pump stocks. Please mock the SEC too.

We should report this board to the SEC, there’s rampant manipulation right here in plain sight, it must not be allowed. I hope that’s better. 😉

Hey on a positive note ...I am in 10 other stocks on Stocktwits. In my bio I say I work for “Vdex Diabetes” ...well now people are asking..”What is Vdex Diabetes?”
I have 450 followers on Stocktwits so I think that makes me an influencer🤣 So I’ve been explaining to them what Vdex does and all about Afrezza and that Mannkind ( $MNKD ) is the company that makes it. You can call that...“The art of the pump” :-))
