I found the comparison between these two articles quite intriguing. Nate Pile from Nate’s Notes acknowledges in his latest newsletter www.notwallstreet.com/the-market-seems-to-like-what-it-sees-12-6-20/“d) the possibility that MannKind will be working Pfizer (PFE – $38.62) to help develop a dry powder version of its new vaccine that would be stable at something closer to room temperature (wouldn’t that be something if Al Mann’s legacy ends up including a paragraph on helping to beat COVID-19?!)” Keith Schaefer, author of the other article, seems to think that TFF Pharmaceuticals may be in play for the same engagement. smallcappower.com/analyst-articles/small-cap-stock-pfizer-tff-pharmaceuticals/What comes to mind, even with so little said about the Mannkind option, is that Mannkind has a proven/approved product/device combination already on the market, and one in the final stages of a Phase III trial for a second. TFFP does not. And no where on the TFFP website do they make any mention of an inhaler or other delivery device. Even though the author of the TFF article points out a number of anecdotal connections that give some credence to the possibility of a Pfizer/TFFP collaboration, I see the lack of a known delivery device and no large scale use of the drug platform for any disease indication as serious impediments to this possibility. TFFP was, however, identified some months ago as being in play for a dry powder version of Remdesivir. I couldn’t find any recent updates on that possible collaboration with Gilead www.businesswire.com/news/home/20200729005605/en/TFF-Pharmaceuticals-Comments-on-Research-on-the-Re-formulation-of-Remdesivir-to-a-Dry-Powder-Form-for-COVID-19-Antiviral-Treatment. I’m holding out hope that Mannkind is in play with Pfizer, but only time will tell. If you scroll down on this link you will see a picture of their inhaler. It looks very similar LIQUIDIA'S Inhaler which is made by an Italian Manufacturer. tffpharma.com/science/

The only inhaler I see on that page is something that looks like clip-art. Searching the page for inhaler only brings up "inhaler format" or "inhaler delivered" references.
What am I missing?
As far as MNKD, I'm so used to leaks with this company that if something was happening with Pfizer and a MNKD dry powder vaccine, we would be at $10 by now. I don't have much hope for this (would love to be wrong!)

4. Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine (BNT162b2) 4.1. Vaccine Composition, Dosing Regimen The Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine is a white to off-white, sterile, preservative-free, frozen suspension for intramuscular injection. The vaccine contains a nucleoside-modified messenger RNA (modRNA) encoding the viral spike glycoprotein (S) of SARS-CoV-2. The vaccine also includes the following ingredients: lipids ((4-hydroxybutyl)azanediyl)bis(hexane-6,1-diyl)bis(2- hexyldecanoate), 2-[(polyethylene glycol)-2000]-N,N-ditetradecylacetamide, 1,2-distearoyl-sn- glycero-3-phosphocholine, and cholesterol), potassium chloride, monobasic potassium phosphate, sodium chloride, dibasic sodium phosphate dihydrate, and sucrose. The Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine is supplied as a frozen [between -80°C to -60°C (- 112°F to -76°F)] multi-dose (5-dose) vial. The vaccine must be thawed and diluted in its original vial with 1.8 mL of sterile 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection, USP prior to administration. After dilution, the vial contains 5 doses of 0.3 mL per dose. After dilution, the multiple-dose vials must be stored between 2°C to 25°C (35°F to 77°F) and used within 6 hours from the time of dilution. The Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine, BNT162b2 (30 μg), is administered intramuscularly (IM) as a series of two 30 μg doses (0.3 mL each) 21 days apart. FDA has reviewed the CMC data submitted to date for this vaccine and has determined that the CMC information is consistent with the recommendations set forth in FDA’s Guidance on Emergency Use Authorization for Vaccines to Prevent COVID-19. As such, FDA has determined that the Sponsor has provided adequate information to ensure the vaccine’s quality and consistency for authorization of the product under an EUA. www.fda.gov/media/144245/download

Let me ask this question! Would the blue Hale device...if we’re lucky enough to be involved in a Covid vaccination... be used for administration .. seems it Would be great for accuracy needed .. a great consideration, but a red light signaled for improper absorption would upset the balance of titration... were Would you go from there .. ?

I do not believe it would be needed, so little mRNA used volume wise. I do not believe there would be a cough. Also, an inhalable would get to the lymph..... Listening to TWIV and Amy R, she is amazing and to the point. only on for 1/2 hour. she has things to do. www.youtube.com/watch?v=SSMXiCP3ug8the viral strand, lines of robots could be set up and these mRNA proteins can be made and sequenced. anyway, not like insulin, not much needed. so little powder in the vial Pfizer is dispensing. Listening to Amy, Doodoo and Chris Christie, Rudy Tootie, are not protected from the monoclonal antibodies. Doodoo is an anti Vaxer. Be still my heart. I am hispanic. Can you tell? These people would have put me in a cage and stolen my child if it was young enough, and sold then for the adoption fee. This stuff ticks me off. See were anger at these people comes from? There is more, I'll stop. Hard for me to love people that would harm me because my feet are on this soil.

One thing delayed vaccine for a brief time was that there was not enough infections before the second wave to validate the effectiveness of the vaccines. Think of our FDA process and imagine WuHan was a US city: we cannot get a vaccine UNTIL the virus hurts a lot of people. The “standard” or “procedure” for FDA needs some serious revamp.
