I TOTALLY agree -- $40 will just about make me whole again! No profit but - no loss! AND --- I am WAY down by 6 figures!! Come on MNKD go to friggin $40!
LOL - What was I thinking! $40 -- when pigs fly! After 3 years of trying it is today sitting a $3.96 --- BELOW the $4.00 we were thinking was going to go the $40.00 - if I wasn't out so much money on this pig of a stock it would be hilariously funny! I KNOW that others here are in the same boat! I purchased in 2014 almost 10 YEARS ago and this boat continues to barely float!

I share your pain Rick. I’ve been in this pigsty since 2007 and am way, way under water.
However, hope springs eternal and maybe this is the Spring when we will be sprung!

Where is Albert Einstein when you need him? We seem to keep doing the same thing over and over and some how we are going to get a different result?
We keep sending out another new sales force without any strategic change in how afrezza is being sold and we expect what? Oh, this time we put V-Go in their bags. Maybe we should try something new? We have Medicare now paying for $35 insulin and we have Medicare paying for CGMs for insulin treated patients. IDK, maybe we could leverage that, some how?
We have the GLP1s being the hottest thing in the diet space and we have a TS GLP1 solution sitting on the shelf. IDK, maybe we could do something with it?
You guys want $40. This thing should be $100+.

I don't understand how a company can have ZERO R&D Press Releases in over 2 years. WTF does Mike do all day??? Apparently he's not working on partnerships.

We the share holders need to remind Mike he was initially hired to sell Afrezza. All talk, no substance. Free shares, I say no more hand outs to freeloaders. 180000 no vote. Show me the effort and reason for your pay Mike.

Show me the effort and reason for your pay Mike. Really? Is that what you want the CEO to do? Remind him of why he was brought in years ago... I on the other hand want him to lead the company, not focus on ONE product. Mannkind is no longer just Afrezza, it's an entire platform, it's Tyvaso, it's a pipeline, it's acquisitions, your focus doesn't reflect what the company is TODAY. But then again, not all that surprised with your mindset |

JMHO Yeah, asking for more shares coupled with a dearth of news certainly makes me feel uncomfortable. It's hard to be patient for the earnings call which will be about 10 days from now. |

I have always voted "Yes" but no more. I have been underwater for a decade and while I haven't sold, I am really disappointed in the promises not fulfilled. It's time for someone to do something that gets the share price up and going. Not holding $4 is a disgrace in my opinion.

Leadership has been sparse with updates, only a single productive pipeline deal in years, the Afrezza failure to increase TRx, and now doubling the authorized shares (and how many millions of shares have already been handed out to leadership). Considering all that, shareholders have been extraordinarily patient IMO.

I am sure Mike would like to see the pps $100+ but its just not clear how he thinks we are getting there. Mike has been at MNKD since 2016. In the 7 years he has been here he has been more of a caretaker than a go-getter. Maybe now that MNKD can pay its bills he has started to put some deals together but its unclear. Every once in awhile I talk with some interesting people and when I ask do they know Mike or have they talked with him, I always get the same answer - NO. IDK, some of these people I would have thought Mike would have made elevator pitches too. What I think we all know is trying to sell afrezza the same way for 7 years has not worked and is not going to work. Adding V-Go to the reps "bags" is not going to sell afrezza. We need something new here. While the kids will help in a few years in the T1 space, the big market is the market Robert Ford is after and that is the T2s. At this point we need a Go-Getter. |
