I’m hearing reports that Mike mentioned Roche as a potential partner. I have not a chance to listen to the 🔥side chat, can anyone confirm or deny?

He also said multiple partners for multiple drugs. Some of these potential partners are coming to Mnkd to see if their current drugs can be converted to powder inhale-able. It was a bullish call in my opinion.

That's a lot of discussion.

It was a bullish call in my opinion. I've always believed that inhaling the right formulations into the lungs was the fastest route of administration over subcutaneous injections or IV's. I believe that if others are coming to MNKD to ask, I wouldn't blame them since some of the forms of administration are becoming archaic. Nebulizers, IV's, needles, etc and we have dry powder and a patented inhaler. It's not a secret why people fail sobriety tests when asked to blow into an Intoxilyzer for analysis because the ETOH is exchanged at the very deepest blood vessels (alveoli) of the lungs. To me, it's simply turning the same process around and working it backwards with formulations that allow the molecules to be exchanged with the bloodstream, almost instantaneously. That's the beauty of Afrezza and it's onset while at the same time, allowing PWDs to find their sweet spot during meal time, dosage and durations. You couldn't ask for better way to manage your disease. This could very well be the same for headache medications, PAH, anxiety meds, etc. instant relief. We'll have to wait and see what MNKD can do with becoming a therapeutic for COVID, maybe the long haulers?? As far as a vaccine, don't think they can get down deep enough to the cellular levels to get an immunological response? Maybe others might know more.

Afrezza daily use for this length of time has proven out the Technosphere safety profile. Occasional use drugs may use this platform without risk. The only risk being the specific drug the client places on the platform. In essence Technosphere has completed a extended multi-application daily safety trial for enough years that potential clients are starting to beat down our door.
