But, that's mytakeonit My wife and I tried to drive to Barking Sands in a rented Chevy Cavelier convertible in 1990 on our honeymoon. We found ourselves in the middle of a sugar plantation. Probably took a wrong turn. Never made it. I checked the access protocol on the Internet in a more recent visit a few years ago and I had to get permission from Navy brass via a special request. Something about being a Navy missle test facility. Anyway, much too much red tape, so gave up again. I always wanted to visit it because a tourist book my wife bought said the beach there got it’s name from the sound the sand makes when you walk on it. And, hey, how about that volume last Friday and today? Nicely done peppy and whoever was covering the shares they shorted on the way down the last 2 or 3 weeks. |

Kauai has many memories for me ... even though I've been there only once while in high school. I was there with my surf club to participate in a surf meet. I didn't win the surf meet, but met this girl who drove me around for a day. Later I found out that she was the Kauai Junior Miss for that year.
I think she took me around and even introduced me to her mother ... because she could tell the future and knew that I would be a super stock trader. Ha!

My neighbor asked me why I didn't want to date her when she moved to Oahu and went to the Univ. of Hawaii. I told him that ... I just didn't want the hassle of beating up all these guys that would want to date her.
It made sense to him ... and what about YOU ?
