If Zyesami is successfully formulated to Technosphere, which company do you think some of that $30M will go to?  I just picked up another 1000 shares at close to the same price as the lucky investors! |

It was down 20% before the stock market opened. Someone knew this was coming. They took a page from the mnkd play book. Post good news. Then announce a stock offering the next day. Ouch, we know that pain too well. Hopefully it works out better for them. |

Well if they can’t patent Zyesami unless it’s in powder form, I’d say it would be a good down payment to solidify the deal with MNKD. I’d expect a much higher royalty since Technosphere is adding IP protection to the formulation and not just producing it. |

Are you talking about the phase 3 funding partly by "Medical Countermeasures program, part of the US Department of Defense"? Would the government eventually stockpile Zyesami as preparation for reaction to attack by a weaponized virus sponsored by terrorists? .... sounds big .... and scary as hell. ?? |

HGEN had been working the therapeutic angle for a while, I invested in them briefly about a year ago. There are plenty of companies trying to get a therapy approved (CYDY is one many people here know about), although I think NRXP is the only one to to have a long running placebo trial completed?
I personally don't think that a trial for critical-COVID patients (ICU/ventilator) needs to have a blind-placebo arm. But I'm not in medical care or research.

You may right, as Pfizer and Moderna both compromised their control arms in their ongoing clinical trials, which as you probably already know, prevents them from comparing the experimental treatment arm data to a control. |
