We all have opinions. And that’s all we have since we are not insiders.

Not liking this share price action since the leaseback. Guessing it’s sending signals that royalties will come in slower than anticipated and or they need more Afrezza trials - peds wasn’t enough and won’t prove superiority. i think you're making things up so I'm ignoring you. Wish there was an ignore button on this site though to makes it easier. I am guessing the price action signals there is going to be another run on toilet paper. Load up. Sell it to your friends in their time of need.

Like all of us do. Thanks for the laugh. If only you could mute every thought that contradicts your own then you could feel even better about your investment. The market is up and we are down on news. And down below 4.50 support when we should be trending up as pdfua approaches. Correction. Market was up. Now it’s down

Does the lease back make it easier to move to a new location later, like the big box stores do?
Will UTHR be paying for some of the lease as part of the manufacturing agreement?

Maybe the book value of the plant and all the past updates and renovations far exceed the sale price. That value is depreciated and expensed over its determined useful life maybe 20 or 30 years. Maybe they think this fiscal year they will have abnormally large revenues and by selling an asset you have to fully book/expense that remaining depreciation. Therefore you now have 20-30 years of depreciation expense all hitting against this year along with new operational lease expenses which may negate the $100 million sale price revenue and additional projected revenue in this year. For tax purposes it be beneficial scenario in a year with abnormally large revenues.

My neighbor paid $375k for his house in 2014. He just listed it last week for $715k and sold. His plan is literally to move in to his parents basement and wait for the housing market to crash and come back in the same neighborhood and buy another house for $400k. Maybe even his same house when the new owners walk because theyre underwater $300k. Which is exactly why I'm waiting to buy a home. Prices here have risen almost 50% in about a year.

I have this friend who is in the drug packaging business. He sold his building in order to invest inmore equipment inside the facility. He said he would get a much better return on building out new equipment/packaging lines that he would on his real estate.
I have no trouble with mannkind doing this has the cost of building out new manufacturing lines for multiple products would be very expensive.

And I can see that it was good timing, remember when Spencer talked about how much it was worth… it could have double or tripled because of the appreciation of the Real estate. I still don’t think the market liked it but the markets not liking anything much.

That's just my opinion, I could be wrong... again, still.

I’m glad to see they entered into agreement on September 23rd, before the Cantor conference, where MC said that Tyvaso DPI was on track… If this was done after , I would be worried a bit. Why is Mannkind responsible for real estate taxes and insurance, is that common ? Yes it is common. Also, in my experience buyers of our company did not want any real estate so we sold to a REIT before transaction
