I'm sorry you felt that my Subject Line was misleading---I was just trying to offer information that might be helpful for those holding ownership in the stock! I will be more selective in the future for how I denote my subjects. Just note--I was very suspicious of Avadel receiving their CRL letter Friday and issued a Form 8 to announce the situation. Avadel is a European based company, so if anyone should have delayed the immediate filing of such a notice it would be them. However, now we know that UTHR received their CRL on Friday but opted to wait until today to inform investors. Now we know what a brutal day it has been.

Not sure where to put this and didn’t want to start a new thread, but obviously many of us are thinking about the potential now for dilution. When the leaseback deal got done, did certain folks have an inkling this CRL was coming? Also, we remember the MNKD executives’ bonus “formula” from past years. In order to make that formula spit out a favorable number, one of the metrics was (still is presumably?) getting the balance sheet looking better. What are the odds of another Xmas massacre or something of that nature? Quote, but obviously many of us are thinking about the potential now for dilution. Reply, This is the first time I have heard that many of us are thinking about potential dilution. Please name 5 people thinking about potential dilution. ("People are saying," "I'm hearing" sounds like a familiar catch phrase... used frequently... by a dementia patient I know of...) |

Lol…. There’s many threads on this board and I think I heard about 12 people talking about the possibility of dilution. And that’s just here!
I’m not as concerned about that as I am the waste of time and revenue being late to market. If LQDA gets approved.
Although the service agreement seems positive.
But also just as a rough estimate it seems like we have doubled the amount of employees over last couple months.

Lol…. There’s many threads on this board and I think I heard about 12 people talking about the possibility of dilution. And that’s just here! I’m not as concerned about that as I am the waste of time and revenue being late to market. If LQDA gets approved. Although the service agreement seems positive. But also just as a rough estimate it seems like we have doubled the amount of employees over last couple months. Hopefully UTHR is helping with the cost of extra employees. |

I'm sure Martine will first determine the accuracy of the third party problems. If accurate.... we wait.
If not, I would anticipate that her bank of attorneys will;
1) Potentially freeze all FDA communications with a "legal hold" to determine who should join brother Liang and brother Johnston in Prison for insider trading.
2) Determine exactly who is behind the Citizens Petition and react as needed.
Martine has stated that biotech is war.......
