It was a wow except afrezza net revenue is down from last quarter. 10m to 9.8m. Wow, you were counting on Afrezza revenue increase? No. I’m countering the notion that Afrezza sales are growing. Comparing 3q21 to 3q20 is not apples to apples. One has covid and one does not.

Hmm, the COVID pandemic got started in earnest in early 2020, and ICUs all around the country are still full of very sick COVID patients thanks to the Delta+ and other variants. So-called “break through” infections for anyone with any of the vaccinations appear to be common. Mask mandates are still in place in many places. Children sent home from school and quarantined because of contact with children who test positive is common. Pandemic fatigue has led to inconsistent use of masks, social distancing, and lockdowns but I will argue that COVID is still very much a problem for sales visits at doctors’ offices.

What are the details of the "new" afrezza challenge with CGM on slide 7? Is Vdex participating in this program? What CGM is being provided and who is paying for it? Did MNKD partner with a CGM vendor to provide it?

I’ll try to pick my words more carefully next time but my point still stands. The impact of covid is significantly lower today. Lockdowns existed back then. They don’t now. Zoom was newish to reps back then. The adjustment was back then. Adjustments have been made and sales still is not growing. Didn’t mannkind just hire a bunch of new reps? Thankfully this company has the pipeline to support share price appreciation and money to spend on growing Afrezza sales.

Diabetics are back to going to the doctor.. everybody’s open. Every state is different but outside of all the fighting over mandates.. pretty much everybody’s over it. By that I mean they fell free to move around again.

By that I mean they fell free to move around again. A bit off topic, however, not unexpected I am sure. The messaging is COVID19 is over, I agree. People are tired of the virus. However, wave 4 is coming to the north of the US this winter. Plenty of out patient care being delivered. Israel saying the booster got them under control, the population of Israel is 9.2 million. Confirmed - I first sent to ir@mannkindcorp.com, then sent a follow up to loop in ralinaya@mannkindcorp.com and got an immediate response with information for the call.

Nope, no idea on agenda. I was going to just listen in. I can submit 2 questions if there is someone who cannot attend that would like to ask something. They are limiting questions to 2 per caller, submitted ahead of time, "to allow us to manage the call thematically." Let me know your question(s) and I reserve the right to pick the best 2 IMO. The call is set up on an audio bridge with unique per participant registration information for the meeting room (i.e., not shareable call information).

Most People in Southern MN are sleepwalking- acting as though the pandemic is over. We have a nearly 10% positive test rate currently and hospitalizations are nearing pandemic peaks. 25% of these involve people who at least claim they were vaccinated. The pandemic is not over- and people who ignore this truth are putting themselves, their friends and the community at risk. Astonishing, disheartening stupidity.
